1st Anniversary / In Loving Memory

A year ago today, an academic icon and patriarch was laid to rest, quietly departed from the world characteristic of the life you lived. We celebrate you Prof for the lives you touched during your tenure on this earth, in the academia where you were an accomplished scholar, and in our families where you held all of us together, the unifier you always were.

Deeply missed in the academia throughout your scholarly journey from Whittier College, California where the journey started to Kent State University, Ohio USA. The University of Nairobi, Catholic University, Shalom-SCCRR, and Hekima University College. Your prowess in research was iconic and your impact on conflict resolution shall provide lifelong memoirs to both current and future researchers

Sadly, missed at this moment by your family; Wife Marie Omoka; Children Waswa Omoka, Nasike Carpenter (USA), and David Omoka. Grandchildren Natalya, Alyssa, April, and Joshua. Sisters Daina Kava, Racheal Lipuku and Damary Wafula. Nephews: Paul, Beatrice, Francis, Godfrey, Chrispine, Laura, and many other friends and the larger family.

Our gratitude to all those who helped in his send-off and those who have vowed to keep memory alive in their ways. May the lord keep your soul in the afterlife.
