Reuben Kenyanya Omwando

Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company Limited announces with profound regret the passing of Reuben Kenyanya Omwando, which occurred on 11th December 2025. He hails from Kisii County.

He was the cherished son of the late Peter Omwando Nyaboga and the late Esther Nyagwansa.

Beloved husband of Beatrice Bosibori Manyinsa. Loving father of Dr. Frankline, Martha, Diana, Rooney and Rodney. Grandfather of Raynah. Brother of Omuri, Chris, Mary, Monandi and Samwel.

Cousin of -Rashid, Isaiah, Raphael and James. Uncle of Wilkister, Maureen, George and Cyrus.

Loving nephew of the late Dinoand Nyaboga.

The main harambee will be held on 19th December 2025 from 2.00pm at his residence in Capital hill Mihango in Nairobi.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Capital Hill – Mihango from 4:00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on 21 December 2025 for a night vigil at his residence. The burial ceremony will take place on Monday, 22ndDecember 2025 at Mihango Secondary School ground, Nairobi and thereafter the burial at his residence in Capital Hill – Mihango, Nairobi County,
