Throughout his tenure, he brought together exceptional intellect and a strong moral compass, contributing significantly to both the Road Safety and Audit Committees. NTSA has lost its youngest Board Member, and the road safety community a remarkable emerging leader. His calm authority, sharp insight, and unwavering standards helped guide the Board through key reforms. Richie’s legacy lives on in every life saved because he cared deeply and consistently championed safer roads for all.

Family and friends will gather for prayers and funeral arrangements at Karura Community Chapel – off Limuru Road, on Tuesday 25th November, 2025, from 6.00pm.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, 27th November, at 2.00pm at the Karura Community Chapel, off Limuru Road.
The cortege will leave the Lee Funeral Home on Friday, 28th November, at 6.30 am, followed thereafter by the final burial rites at the family home in Nanyuki.
