It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Rotarian Jacqueline Mumbi Kimaru, which occurred suddenly on the 11th of November 2025. Until her untimely death, she was a senior manager at Forever Living Kenya, President Nominee of the Rotary Club of Syokimau and passionate member of the Mercedes Benz Club of Kenya.
Jacqueline was the daughter of the late Christopher Kimaru and Margaret Kimaru of Burguret Location Nanyuki. Sister of the late Kenneth Karuri, Collins Kiragu, Angela Kimaru, Patricia Njeri,Vivian Kirigo, Patrick Githaiga and Victoria Wanjiku. Aunty of Jolene Nkatha.
Fiancé of Saul Ongalo.
Sister in law of Kelvin Mwirigi. Niece and cousin of Kiragu’s family, Michael Wachira, and Karuri’s family, friend to many people and communities.
Family and friends are meeting daily at the family home in Burguret, Nanyuki.
Prayers will be held at St Andrews Church (Old Church) tomorrow, 14th November 2025 at 5.00pm.
There will be a requiem mass at Shrine of Mary Help of Christians- Donbosco Upperhill in Upperhill on Monday, 17th November 2025 at 10:00am.
The cortege leaves Nanyuki Cottage Funeral Home on Tuesday, 18th November 2025, at 8.00 am for the funeral service from 10.00 am, and burial thereafter at the family home in Burguret Sub-Location, -)Nyeri County.
