Husband of the late Damaris Wanjiru and Agnes Wangui Mungai. Son-in-law to the late Waituika Kung’u & Milka Waituika and Jesee Kanyi & the late Josephine Wangari Kanyi. Father of Elder Pauline Wanjiku lkoroi (PCEA Kinamba), William Murigi, George Muigai (Kibaandi), the late Peter Mburu, Grace Wairimu (UK) and Jecinta Nduta. Father-in-law of the late lkoroi Munene, Tabitha Murigi, Jane Muigai, and Moses Ndichu. Grandfather of many and Great-grandfather of one.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Umoja I house daytime and PCEA church hall evenings.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Mortuary, on Thursday, 15/08/2019 at 6.00am. Burial and funeral service will be held the same day at his farm in Passenga farm, Olkalou.
