Shem Wanjohi Muchiri

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Shem Wanjohi Muchiri, who departed on 9th March 2026.

Beloved husband of TeresiaWambui Wanjohi. Loving father of Moses Muchiri, Stephen Gituri, Agnes Njeri, Philip Muriithi, Dr. Karani Magambo, and Margaret Wangeci.

Brother of the late Jeremiah Mutuaruhiu, the late Esther Wambui Gitonga, Jae, Njoki Mose, the late James Hungu, Priscilla Wahiga Kamau, Leah Wanjugu Mukere, and Harrison Maranga.

He was devoted to his extended family, friends, church, and community.

Funeral Service: Saturday, 14th March 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Cortege leaves St Francis Community Hospital at 6.30am for St. Peter Catholic Church in Nyeri for his final resting place in his farm in Njeng’u.
