Husband of Mercy Kariu. Father of Mirriam Nkatha, Erick Murangiri, Nancy Mukiri, Carolyne Gacheri and Wendy Kawira.

Brother of David Gitiri, Julius Mutwiri, the late Stephen Kinyua, the late Kaiyera Rael and Mary Kaburo.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Meru County, Kilemi Village at 4:00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Cool Breeze Mortuary on Saturday 4th April 2026 at 10,00 am for funeral service and burial at his rural home in Meru County, Tigania West Sub-county, Kianjai location, Nairiri Sub-location, Kilemi Village .
