It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the passing on of Simon Mathenge Gichuki, formerly of the university of Nairobi on Monday, March 20, 2017. Loving husband of Mary Wangechi Wanjohi. Son of the late Mathenge Gichuki and the late Susan Wairima.
Father of Patricia Gichuki Mahan, Susan Nyagura Ngwele, John Wanjohi and Rose Gichuki. Brother of the late Mary Wanjiku, Rahab Wangui, Jason Ndung’ujustus Wagura and the late Nancy Wangare. Step brother of the late Dr.Peter Nderitu and the late Charles Ndung’u. Brother-in-law of Peter Goko. Grandfather of Shayana Mahan, Lisa Kavutha,Talia Wangechi and Mohan Mahan. Uncle and cousin of many.

Everyone to assemble at Nyeri Funeral Home next to Outspan Hospital on Saturday 25th March 2017 at 9.00 am for the viewing of the body.Therefater to Gatumbiro P.C.E.A church for funeral service. After service we proceed to his home for the final rites.
