Thomas Nzioka Ndola

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Thomas Nzioka Ndola on 19th October 2020 at the M.P. Shah Hospital, Nairobi.

Thomas was the Acting Director of the Directorate of Geological Survey in the State Department for Mining, Ministry of Petroleum and Mining. Until his death, Thomas was also the Ag. Registrar, Geologists Registration Board (GRB) and representative of Kenya in the African Minerals and Geosciences Centre (AMGC) Board of Directors.

Thomas was the son of the late Ndota Nzengu and the late Mwela Ndola. He was stepson to Marcher Mumbua Ndola. He was brother to Joshua, Pius, James, Samuel, Kasungo, Josphine, Mbaika, Kavata and Mbeke. He was husband to Rosemary Muthoni Njuguna. Father to Zipporah, Felix, Lonzi, Kelsey, Stephen, Ashley, Alyssa and Alazne. Son in law to Samuel Gichuhi and Felicina Nyambura. Father in-law to Paskalia Obeno. Grandfather to Carol Nzioka.

The body is at the M.P.Shah Hospital mortuary. He will be laid to rest at his farm in Mugandini Village, Vanga Location, Lunga Lunga Sub-County in Kwale County on 31st October 2020.
