1935 – 2026

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Zipporah Mwayitsi Shiluli.

Loving wife of the late Mzee Henry Amboso Shiluli and daughter of the late Mzee Samuel Amwoga and the late Robai Matilani. Mother of Beatrice, late Margaret, late Allan, Mabel, Aggrey, late Joe, Bernard, Me!lab, Phylis, Maurice, late Millicent and Carolyne.

Sister of Hezron Khalwale, Jones, late Peris, late Re-spa, late Charles, late Samson.

Daughter-in-law of the late Samuel Amboso and Miriam Aduvana.

Mother-in-law of Herman, Jackson, Hesbon, Derrick, Jane Mulindi, Alice, Catherine, Jane VVaithera. Beloved aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother of many.

A fundraiser will be held at Citam,Valley Road, McBride Hall on Saturday, 11 April 2026, starting at 3.00pm.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home for a funeral service held at Friends church, Lang’ata on Wednesday, 15 April at 2 pm. Thereafter, the burial and celebration service will be held at her home in Wangodo Village, Shiveye, ldakho South, Kakamega County, on Saturday 18 April 2026 at 9 am.
