We the family of Dr. Joseph Nathaniel Kipruto Arap Ng’ok, regret to announce his passing on the morning of 16th March 2017 at Karen hospital, Nairobi. A recipient of the Presidential Award: Order of the Grand Warrior (OGW), with a P.H.D. in Economics, Dr. Ng’ok dedicated his life to the civil service. He is the former Executive Chairman of Investment Promotion Centre, Chief Economist at the Ministry of Planning and Senior Economist at the Ministry of Transport. At the time of his passing he was an Associate Professor of Economics at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology, Karen campus.

Loving friend and husband to Mrs. Alice Ng’ok. Supportive and doting father of Kenneth Cheruiyot, Harriet Chebet Ng’ok, Kiki S. Cheptoo Ng’ok, Mimi Cherono Ng’ok and Brandie Ivy Chemutai Ng’ok.
