Father of Matthew Njoroge, Margaret Nthuka, the late Vincent Maundu, Mary Anne Esikhaty and Jane Muindi. Father in law of Florence Njoroge, Brigadier (Rtd) Eric Esikhaty and Nancy Maundu. Brother of the late Michael Mutuku Muindi, Mbula and Munaa. Step brother of Mwithi, late Maingi, late Mutete, Adija, Musau, late Monthe, Kavivi, Kamene, late Katheu, Matolo and Munywoki. Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Muthusi Estate in Machakos and at Matthew’s Residence in Upper Hill, Nairobi.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home, Machakos, on Saturday 4^th March, 2017 at 8.30am for a funeral service and burial at his home at Kalimani, Kangundo. Service will begin at 11am and interment will follow thereafter.

Funeral and prayer meetings are being held daily at Homeland Inn Thika Road from 6.30pm and at Mbote Mundia’s Residence – Kagaa Village. The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on 7^th March 2017 at 7am for funeral service at PCEA Musa Ndirangu Church – Kagaa – from 10.30am and thereafter proceed to her final resting place at her home.

Lazarus was born to Mzee Petro Osodo Owawa and the late Mama Salina Anyango Osodo of Kanyamwa, Kayambo Ndhiwa Sub County, Homa Bay County.

Husband of Dorothy Akinyi and Millicent Adhiambo. Father of Levin Otieno (Omato) and Jorim, Kelly, Daisy, Fidel, Steph among others. His siblings are Syprine Awino, Samuel Odongo (DO Turkana-Kakuma), Roscheus, Philip, Maurice, David, Maurice Olero among others.

Grandson of the late Olele of Mbita, Homa Bay. Nephew of Okoth Olele, Katete, Ochieng’ and others. He was son in law of Kasmiel Odumbe and Mrs. Julia and Joyce Odumbe of Gem, Asumbi. He was brother in law of Fred Odumbe, Philemon Awithe, Evans Odumbe, Stanley, Cyprian, Carol, Clifford, Albert, Paul and others. His Sisters in law Seline Odongo, Beril 0dongo, Everyline Odumbe, Nancy, Lilian, Caroline, Brenda, Christine, Evaline, Sheilla, Hellen, Mercy among others.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary on Thursday March 9^th 2017 after prayers and funeral service at the same venue from 9am. Thereafter, the body will be transported to his father’s home Kanyamwa, Kosewe, Upper Kayambo location, Ndhiwa Constitueticy, Nyamanga Village for overnight vigil. Burial will take place on 10^th March 2017.
