It is with deep regret that we announce the death of our beloved Nabat Alibhai Jiwa Shamji on 25 April 2017. She was a loving sister as well as a wonderful and precious aunt.

Inallilalhi Wainailahi Rajiun. To Allah we belong, and to him is our return. May Allah grant her Jannat.

The funeral service shall take place on Thursday, 27 April 2017 at 9am at the Aga Khan Pavillion, 5th Parklands Road. The cortege will leave for burial at 10am at Kariokor.

We announce the death of Mrs Agnes Kituto (Yuna). Wife of the late Japhet Wambua Kituto. Mother of Mrs Noel Kituto Gichinga formerly of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chris Kituto (University of Nairobi). Mother in law of Rev John Gichinga (former senior pastor, Nairobi Baptist Church) and Mrs Helen Kituto (Upper Hill School).

Sister of the late Loise Muathe, the late Mulwa Nzioka, Bernard Muoki and Rose Kiluta. Aunty of the late Naomi Kavyu, the late Charles Waema, Peter Waema, Timothy Kaloki, Rebecca Nduku and Lily Mzigo. Grandmother of Fendy Kituto, Japheth Kituto among others. Great grandmother of many.

Mama went to be with the Lord on Monday April 17th 2017 at the Mater Misericodiae Hospital.

Friends and family are meeting today Tuesday 25th April 2017 at 6pm at the Nairobi Baptist Church Mezzanine B Hall. There will be a fundraiser on Wednesday 26th April 2017 at 6pm at the same venue.

A memorial service will be held at Nairobi Baptist Church on Thursday 27th April 2017 from 11am.
