It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Asnath Wambui Gacibi.

Beloved wife of the late James Gacibi. Mother of late Simon Gitari, late Isaac Mwaniki, Simon Ndura, Wanjiru Macharia, Mercy Wangeci, Sylvester Ngari, Wanjira Gacibi, Joan Wanjiku, Edward Moya, Mary Muthoni, Edna Wairima and Yvonne Waceke. She was grandmother and great-grandmother to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home in Kamiigua sub-location, Kutus location. The cortege will leave Kibugi Funeral Home on Tuesday, 5th December 2017 for funeral service and burial on the same day at her home at Kamiigua village from 11am.

Daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Francis Rutto of Pemwai, Lelian Sub-locations, Katiorin Location, Baringo County. Wife of the late Titus Kemboi Kibor. Mother to Chelsea Jebet Kemboi and Klein Kimutai Kemboi. Sister to the late Kenneth, Clement, Maureen, Catherine, Stella, Sharon, Julius, Ivyonne, Ashlynne and Kiplagat. Sister-in-law to Lydia and Virginia. Daughter-in-law to the late Isaac Kibor Tireito and Esther Kibor of Chepkorio, Elgeyo Marakwet. Sister-in-law to the late Margaret, Josephine, Nicholas, the late Edwin, Karen, Luka, Carolyne, Joshua & Faith.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at their home Chepkorio.  Fund raising will be held on 01.12.2017 at Lelboinet village Chepkorio. The cortege leave MTRH — Eldoret on 05/12/2017 at 8.00am for funeral service and burial at her home in Lelboinet, Elgeyo Marakwet at 10.00 a.m.

Brother-in-law of Alice, Samson, Damaris, the late Mwongela, the late Mbindyo, Matheka, Kimama, Patriciah and Nancy among others. Grandfather of Agnes Mbinya, Joy Mwikaii, Tabitha Mutanu, Jeremy Kisangau, Chloe Mutanu and Jeremy Mutuku.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Syokimau home and Garden Square restaurant Nairobi at 6.00 pm. There will be a mini-harambee to offset the hospital bill and cover the funeral expenses at Charter Hail Nairobi (City Hall Building) on Friday 1st December at 6.00pm.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home Nairobi on Saturday 9th December 2017 at 6.00am to his home in Kanguu village, Lower Yatta Sub-county, Kitui Rural Constituency, Kitui County.

She hails from Gachie Kihara Village, Kiambu, Kenya. She was mother to Mary Hito Muiruri (Rotherham, UK). Sister to Daniel Mungai ( Mjuu) Gachie and James Mariga (Lee) Coventry, UK.
