Son of late Nzyuko Muthyambui and late Mumo. Husband of Rhoda Nthambi, the late Muendi and late Elizabeth Wanza. Son-in-law of Ngoka, Mulwa and Katunge. Loving father of Josephine Ndulu, Peter Nzyuko, Francis Mwaka, Grace Mwikali, Bunnies Wavinya, Emmy Mumo, Patricia Kaveke (Ngungani Machakos) Isaac Mutua, Anna Mutono (Nakuru) Matingi and Rose Mumbua (Kitale). Daughter in laws are late Magrate Mbithe, Domitilah Mbithe, Plata Mutua, Ann Peter and Grace Nduku. He had 40 grandchildren i.e. late Naomi, Muendi, Onesmas, Lucas, Wambua, Nthenya, Kioko, James Mutua (Qatar), J. Munguti, Caro, Kenny, Katumbi among others. 50 great grand and one great-great grandchild.

The cortege leaves Machakos Funeral Home on Saturday 2/12/2017 at 8am for funeral service and there after burial at his home Ngiini Village, Kangundo location, Machakos County.
