We the family of the Late John Ndegwa Mwaniki wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbors and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the burial and those who emotionally and practically supported us during this difficult period. We would also like to thank the Kenyatta National Hospital Doctors, Nurses, the Funeral home and all the other staff. A special thanks goes to the Chairperson and Management staff of KWFT / ECO Net and the colleagues of Lucy Mwaniki for the kindness and respect shown at all times. The Transformers Church for their wonderful participation in the service, All Saints Cathedral, the women group of Satellite, the other groups and above all the financial assistance everyone gave. Furthermore, we would like to acknowledge ours families in USA, Nyathuna, Karatina, Nairobi and the committee for making all this possible.

The family of the late John Paul Wachira Munge wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all those who took time to mourn, condole and pray with us following the death of our beloved JP Munge.

Your support, encouragement and reassurance have given us strength and comfort. Your generosity and commitment are greatly appreciated.

While we are grateful to all of you, we would like to especially thank Reverend Erastus Weru of Nairobi Baptist Church Westlands, and the leadership and congregations of Nairobi Baptist Church for walking with us each step of the way, from the time John fell ill to the end.

Appreciation

1925-2019

We the Muhoho family continue to celebrate the life of Elizabeth Wangare Muhoho who left us on 22nd March 2019. She lived her life to the fullest. Many held our hands as we walked the difficult path through her and the final send off journey.

As a family, we are most grateful. We appreciate your professional services and contributions, both financial and spiritual during her illness and at her send off preparations_ We may not manage to mention each of you by name, but our gratitude is enormous and heartfelt.

We wish to thank the medical professionals: Dr Wanyoike of Nairobi Hospital and his team: Nairobi Hospital Sc. John Ward Nurses and HELMA and their home care Nurse Aides. VlPs who officiated the functions; Hon MP Jude Njomo, Alloys Kirika Mungai and Hon. George Muhoho. The MultiChoice Talent Factory-2018 students for their services and support. The Catholic Priests: Fr. Joseph Muroki and Fr Kahurani of Riara Parish Church, Fr (Dr) Simon Njuguna Waitherero of Catholic University, Fr (Prof) Lawrence Njoroge of JKUAT, Fr (Dr) Dominic Wamugunda of UON, Fr Jude Waweru of Ruaraka Parish and Fr Paul Mbugua of St John the Baptist-Kenol and Rev Francis Njuguna Njeri, of ACK Mukui, Kabete. The Kanunga St. Anthony’s Small Christian Community, the many Kanunga Catholic religious groups and the community at large for their prayers and support.

Finally, to the many relatives and friends from Nairobi and all over the world who comforted us, participated and contributed in various ways, we are most grateful. We also thank the security team for their logistics and coordination on the day of the burial. We are grateful for services rendered by Lucy Kimani Otuoma and Kennedy Kiema as well as Joseph Itotia.

The word Thank You is not near enough in expressing our gratitude. You warmed our hearts at this dark time. You are all deeply embedded in our hearts, for we are forever grateful.

Elizabeth Warago Muhoho lives on in our hearts and we continue to celebrate her life. She is dearly missed but in God’s hands she rests, and in our hearts she lives forever.

We, the family of the late Pauline Wanjiku Thuo, would like to express our sincere & heartfelt gratitude to all who took time to mourn, condole & pray with us following the sudden death of our beloved Mother. Your encouragement, messages of condolence, prayers and reassurance gave us strength and comfort.Your generosity and commitment were invaluable in enabling us to give our Mother a fitting interment.

While we are grateful to all of you, we would like to especially thank the Arch Deacon Major Samuel Thumbi, Canon Jane Mwangangi & all clergy of ACK St. Barnabas Church, Rev. We would also like to thank the Lay Readers, Mother’s Union and Choir of ACK St. Barnabas Church. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Rev. Gikonyo & the team at ICU and the entire medical staff of The Karen Hospital for your kind, committed & conscientious care of our beloved Mother. Our sincere appreciation to Priscilla Wangui for your loving care of Mum. Our thanks to Gina Sakina Adnan for all your tireless support during Mum’s burial arrangements. We would like to appreciate Major General (Rtd) George Mbau & family for their steadfast support to the family. We would also like to appreciate the Ngei Phase I, Otiende & greater Langata communities for being there for us. Our gratitude to the Management & Staff of AIC Cure International Hospital.

Our sincere thanks and appreciation to our family & friends in Britain, Canada and the USA. We would like to extend our deepest thanks to the Thuo family, the Njoroge family and the Mbote family – especially the Mbote nieces & nephews for their final honor to Mum.
