We, the family of the late Hilda Jepkoech Chesang (Cheche), wish to thank God for giving us the extraordinary gift of a daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend.

We also wish to extend our sincere gratitude to our relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbours for your prayers, love, kindness, generosity and encouragement during Hilda’s sickness and later when she passed on. You eased our burden during this difficult time. Thanks a million!

Special appreciation goes to the doctors and nurses who attended to her at M.P Shah Hospital, Mediheal and St. Lukes Eldoret.

There will be a memorial mass in her remembrance on 31st December 2017 at our home,K ipsangui, Kongasis Village, Uasin Gishu. Please join us as we celebrate the life of a great soul.

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning, or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” (Revelations 21:4)

We, the family of the late Peter Mukhwana Wekesa and John Mulongo Wekesa wish to express most sincere gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for the love and support received from all relatives, friends, church members and all well-wishers following the demise, through a tragic car accident in Mombasa, of our beloved sons, brothers and friends.

We acknowledge with deepest thanks and profound gratitude your kind messages of sympathy spiritual support, personal visits, tributes, gracious and generous contributions, every word of comfort and expression of care and kindness that we received. We remain touched and comforted by your kind gestures.

We particularly wish to thank the Leadership and members of the Church of God in East Africa (Tononoka, Kitengela, Riruta and Marula), Lang’ata Friends Church, Airview Estate Neighbours, Harambee Sacco Family, SMEP Microfinance Bank, Homeboyz Rugby Football Club Family, KRA fraternity, Ministry of Energy and Petroleum Fraternity, State Department of Co-operatives, Athi River GK Prison, SOLUNET, JKUAT, Kakamega High School, Kilimani Primary (Nairobi), Andambi and Olwali lineages, Cartering Teams, Boda Boda/Taxis (both Kitengela and Marula) who walked with us to the end.

The family also thanks the Coast General Hospital Mortuary and Montezuma & Monalisa Funeral Home for excellent care they took of the remains of Peter and John. Our special thanks and appreciation goes to all funeral organizing committees in Mombasa, Nairobi and Marula Village, Lugari Sub-County for their dedication and commitment during that trying time.

Since it is not possible to thank each of you individually, kindly accept this message as an expression of our deepest gratitude. Thank you.

We thank God for years He granted Peter and John Wekesa to be with us.

Appreciation

We the family of the late Monica Muthoni Kariuki wish to thank the Almighty God for giving us the extraordinary gift of Mum, Grandma and Great-Grandma.

We also wish to thank our friends and relatives (the Kirungii, Kiarie, Gikuyu and Wendani families) for your love, prayers, generosity and kind words of encouragement following Mum’s demise. We have been truly humbled by your thoughtfulness and support during this trying time as you stood with us to give her a dignified send-off.

Specials thanks go to the doctors and nurses who attended to her, Rt. Rev. Bishop P. Anyolo of Homabay and Rt. Rev. Bishop Kihara of Marsabit who visited her, Rt. Rev. Father Tom Wanyonyi, the parish priest of St Francis Assisi Catholic Church KITI who offered masses for her & ministered to her during the period of her illness, Rt Rev. Father Kariuki Njoroge, Rt. Rev. Father Waweru & Rt. Rev. Father Kinyanjui (all from the Diocese of Eldoret) who jointly with Rev. Father Wanyonyi offered Mum’s funeral mass, the Little Sisters of St Francis. the Catholic Women’s Association, the small Christian communities of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and Emmanuel ACK Church Ngong for your great commitment in organizing the whole event.

We are also greatly indebted to all our in-laws who stood with us and supported us abundantly, the of St. Francis of Assisi Academy for providing transport and Mum’s neighbours for their invaluable support during our loss.

May the Almighty God bless you all abundantly.

Appreciation

We, the family of The late Mama Elizabeth Odadi, who went to be with the Lord on 28th Nov, 2017 wish to express our utmost gratitude and appreciation to all those who stood with us during this trying period. Your support through prayers, visits, phone calls, messages of condolence, financial and material support is very much appreciated.

We sincerely thank St. Andrews Simenya Church with special mention to Rev. Millicent Ochieng – Vicar, Jap. Samuel Oluoch and Jap. Lucy Odhiambo. Also to Rev. Appolo Kijaro (Rtd) and Rev. Chalton Ochola (Technical University of   Kenya). We also wish to thank Dr. Aliboy of Aga Khan hospital Kisumu, all mama’s nyawanas, our friends, colleagues and relatives who stood with us.

It may not be possible to mention each of you by name but please accept our sincere appreciation for being there for us. Through your support, we were able to lay mama to rest on 9th December 2017.
