We, the family of the late Hilda Jepkoech Chesang (Cheche), wish to thank God for giving us the extraordinary gift of a daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend.

We also wish to extend our sincere gratitude to our relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbours for your prayers, love, kindness, generosity and encouragement during Hilda’s sickness and later when she passed on. You eased our burden during this difficult time. Thanks a million!

Special appreciation goes to the doctors and nurses who attended to her at M.P Shah Hospital, Mediheal and St. Lukes Eldoret.

There will be a memorial mass in her remembrance on 31st December 2017 at our home,K ipsangui, Kongasis Village, Uasin Gishu. Please join us as we celebrate the life of a great soul.

Days, Weeks, months have turned into one year yet we fed like it was only yesterday.

We wish to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation for the prayers, words of comfort, physical presence, financial and emotional support from our family, relatives, neighbors, friends, colleagues and well-wishers who stood with us during the period of hospitalization, demise and sendoff of our beloved mum.

We acknowledge and appreciate the organizing committees both in Nairobi and Keroka. Your tireless efforts and dedication ensured that adequate funds were raised to clear the enormous hospital bill and give mum a befitting send off. May God bless you all richly.

Her close friends, Our Uncles, Aunties and Relatives, Members of the Christian Women Association, The Catholic Men’s Association, St Ann Jumuiya – Komarock Phase 3, Father Emmanuel and Father Tony all of the Divine Word Parish – Kayole have been a continuing source of support and encouragement to us even while she is gone. Thank you for your spiritual guidance, fellowship, continued prayer and extension of God’s love to us, May God bless you and your families.

Her Personal doctors and nurses at The Nairobi Hospital, Aga Khan, Nairobi West and Coptic Hospitals who took care of her during her treatment and stay, we are grateful for your dedication, attention and Kindness.

Dearly missed and cherished by your loving husband Charles, children, grandchildren, siblings, relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday 20th December 2017 at her home in Keroka starting 10.00am. You are welcome.

Joseph Tarus of Cheptirett and family wish to express our deep appreciation for the messages of condolences, material support and outpouring grief following the passing of our son Geoffrey Kiptum on the 13th November 2017 through a tragic road accident.

We are thankful to the cheptiret funeral committee, neighbours and relatives for their support and presence throughout the period. Special note is made to the P.S State Department of Environment, Ministry staff, Staff from Wareng sub County Commissioners Office and Children’s Department (Uasin Gishu) for their support and presence during the entire period. Special appreciation to the chairman, Board of Directors and staff of Hazina Sacco, KURA Eldoret Office and Baringo County Assembly for standing with us.

Much appreciation to all preachers from all the different churches and denominations who condoled with us and gave us message of hope throughout the period. A very special appreciation and thanks goes to Nairobi team led by Kiprop Chirchir who generously contributed to a significant part of the funeral expenses which simplified a very enormous task and we will forever be grateful.

Our gratitude to elders of the entire P.C.E.A. Ngorano Parish, and also the East Africa Revival Team for their spiritual support and exceptional singing on the final day.

Special thanks go to Rev. Moses Ndichu for his support to the family and for leading the P.C.E.A. Ngorano Parish elders in giving our Mother a beautiful send-off.

Our special appreciation to the Jamii Hospital Administration, Nurses and Doctors for the excellent medical care provided to our Mother until the last day. Also Ms. Esabellah Wangui Kamotho who cared for our Mother with love, dedication and humility.

We are also greatly indebted to all our in-laws who stood with us and supported us abundantly, the of St. Francis of Assisi Academy for providing transport and Mum’s neighbours for their invaluable support during our loss.
