To Sarah’s medical teams, doctors, nurses and her health care, please accept and feel much appreciated.

To our colleagues at work, our friends and our neighbours, your support and resourcefulness have given us comfort and made our journey bearable.

To CT who organized Mpesa fund raiser and all who contributed thereby we are grateful, to the funeral committee, service providers and every person who played a role in giving Sarah a befitting sendoff, we deeply appreciate.

Mama Angelina Sananeh Odari,a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend rested on Friday, 17 November 2023 and was buried on Saturday, 2nd December 2023 in Musikoma, Bungoma.

She was the daughter of the late Mzee Stephen Odari and Mama Leonida Arogo from Budalangi. Mama was sister to Peter Ochieno, Paul Odari, Rev. Fr. Joseph Kotini (all deceased), Leonora Odari and Lucy Wanyama.

Mother to Stephen Odari,Annmarie Mahaga, and William Odari (Mactilda, Dick, Kennedy and Doris, all deceased). Mother-in-law to Lazarus Odinda, Donald Mahaga (Africa Oil Kenya), Wilimina and Gloria. Grandmother to Victor, Lydia,Angela, Valine, James, Tuzinde, Angela, Fabian, Mathias, Zachariah, Joseph, Pauline, Agatha, Peter and Wayne. Great-grandmother to Stacy, Stephanie, Shirley, Malcom, Luka and Annmarie.

Aunty to the Ochienos, Mukaragos, Chausikus, Wanyamas and many others.

Mama was niece to the late Musa, Maria, Flora, Kachinja, Ogwogwo, Rasto Omanyo.

She was doting cousin and friend to many including the Musas, Omanyos, Floras.

A Thanksgiving Service to mark 40 days since her departure will be held at her residence in Musikoma, Bungoma on Saturday, 13 January 2024 at 10:00 am.All are welcome.

We would like to thank all those who stood with us in prayers, visits and made financial contributions towards funeral and burial expenses. We the family of the late Angeline Sidandi Othieno Abinya, formerly of McKinney, Texas want to express our deep appreciation for the assistance we received towards transportation of the body back to Kenya for her final journey at Futro Village, Siaya on the 28th of January 2023.

Special thanks to the Dallas community especially Pius, Audrey Mbugua, Peninah Kariuki and the Osumbas of the funeral committe Dallas and Mumbi of Africa Fusion who contributed very generously.

The Kenyan community who contributed so generously. Nairobi funeral committee chaired by Dr. George Ogonji, Dr. Jane Wamai, Mrs. Madeline Nangayo, Dr. Angela Ligeyo and Prof. George Oyoo who worked tirelessly. We

The family of Mr. Samuel Gathuri Muthaka extends its deepest appreciation to the compassionate team at Kenyatta Prime Care Centre, particularly Dr. Gitura and Dr. Kanyanya, for their tireless efforts in attempting to save the life of our dearly departed Ruth Wambui Gathuri.

Special appreciation goes to Dr. Daniel of Nene Pharmacy Maragua and Maragua level 4 Hospital, for their dedicated care during Mum’s critical moments.

Our sincere thanks also goes to Jamuhuri Hospital, led by Dr. Maingi, for their valuable contribution and commitment to Mum’s well-being during her challenging medical journey.

Acknowledgment goes to the ACK Bishop of Maragua South, Rt. Rev. Julius Karanu, for the spiritual guidance and support provided to Mum and the family during these trying times.

ACK St Matthew Maragua where mum served with devotion, continues to hold a special place in our hearts. We are grateful for the community’s support and for entrusting Mum’s final journey to their care.

To the Mother’s Union Group, your steadfast presence and support have been a pillar of strength for Mum and the family. Your role in assisting with the final arrangements has been deeply appreciated.

We are grateful to our extended family from Maragua, Kikuyu and the diaspora for their prayers, phone calls, physical visits and their financial support during this challenging time.

in the presence of God.We held you dear within our hearts and there you will remain to walk and guide us through our lives till we meet again guided by the strength and grace you exemplified.
