Appreciation

We the family of the late Mzee Nelson Nyachieo, would like to deeply appreciate and show our gratitude for the sympathy, encouragement and support that we received during and after we laid our dad to rest on Friday 19th June 2020.

We thank God for the life we got to share with him and also want to thank those who poured us with un-reserved prayers, visits, words of comfort, contributions and tributes.

While there are many we would like to thank individually, it is not possible to mention each by name, however we would like to particularly extend our utmost appreciation and invaluable support accorded by our relatives, in-laws, neighbors, Mzee’s friends and all family friends who include; the Ichwaras, the Nyambokis, the Matayas, the Nyaogas, the Henrys, the Marubes, the Aturas, Riechi family, Kujitegemea self-help group, Ochogos, Otachis and Bumburia community.

Special thanks also goes to our friends in Eldoret, Kitale, Nairobi, USA and Kisii town.

Mzee leaves behind Widow Mama Rhoda, children; Nemwel, Kemunto, Prisca, Peter, Charles, Cecilia, Malachi, Nyambaso, Sophia, & Simon. Several grand and great grandchildren.

Mzee, may God rest your soul in eternal peace. You shall remain in our hearts forever.

Appreciation

We, Mrs. Margaret W. Nzyoka and my children — Cyd, Roy, Nyokabi, Munyiva and Wambui would like to foremost, thank our Almighty God for granting our dearest father and husband, Seth Mbithi Nzyoka, 81 years a tremendous life. Seth peacefully, went to be with the Lord on the early morning of Thursday, 30th January 2020. The numerous messages of condolence, support and prayers, we have continued to receive are unforgettable and we are truly thankful.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone that attended the church service and/or burial at Kamulu. A special thanks to ACK St. Luke’s Church, Mbagathi Way, members, led by Rev. J.M. Kariuki, for the memorable church service and interment. And a special thank you to all the service providers as well for ensuring Seth received a dignified send off.

You eased our burden by being there for us and we are forever grateful.

Seth fought a good fight and he is now resting with the angels in glory, till we meet again. Amen!

We the family of the late Dr Charles Migwe Wanyoike wish to express our deepest appreciation for the prayers, messages of condolences, personal visits, spiritual and financial support offered after the demise of our beloved father and husband.

We extend our gratitude to church leaders from the ACK church led by Bishop of ACK Mount Kenya South Right Reverend Charles Muturi Muchene, Venerable Richard Kamau, Venerable Samson Kakunyi and Reverend Dixon Weru. We would also like to thank the ACK St. Paul’s Enoomatasian Church led by Rural Dean Reverend Thairu. Special thanks also goes to ACK St. Augustine Parish Madaraka.

Special mention goes to the St. Barnabas Catholic Church led by Fr. John Ntiseiya and Fr. Paul Naikisi. We also thank Fr. Anthony Mwituria and Fr. Martin Ndegwa. Thank you to his Excellency the Governor Joseph Ole Lenku and the MCAs of Kajiado County, the Provincial Administration and the Ngong / Matasia Police.

We are immensely grateful to the Burial Committee led by the able Chairman, Mr. Alfred Magu for their time and input. Special mention to the Memusi community led by Mr. Stephen Ngatho. Special thanks to Dr. Kanyi, the staff and management of Coptic Hospital led by Dr. Tamer, Dr. Ngige and Dr. Ngwatu. We also thank the staff and management of Mater Hospital.

We also express our gratitude to the Kenya Paediatric Association, fellow doctors and the medical fraternity for their support. To our entire family with mention of Charles Migwe and John Kanyoni, we remain forever grateful for standing with us.

Kiilu, EBS, thank the Almighty God for the privilege of his treasured life and the memories that we shared with our beloved husband, father, relative and friend. We wish to convey our deepest gratitude for the love and humbling support we received from our relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors, and the church throughout his short illness until his demise. We were humbled by your sharing in our grief through your prayers, counselling, material support, acts of generosity and condolences conveyed through personal visits, voice calls, sms, and moral support in our time of need.
