Husband to the late Catherine Njoki of Oxford U K. Father to Angel Wanjiru, Peninah Karira and Vinny Gitau all of Oxford U.K. Brother to Maria Wambui (JACMAR), Regina Wanjiku (formerly of Ministry of Lands), Thomas Gitau Njuguna (Sprint Driving School), the late Samuel Muthiora, the late Catherine Nyawira, Paulo Mbuthia (UK), Nelly Habibi (USA), Phyllis Njambl Njenga (USA), Michael Mukora (Exodus Transporters), James Kinyanjul (USA), and Jane Nyakio Mwaura (USA).

Family and Friends In Kenya will be meeting at Donholm, Gteenfields Estate, matatu Double-M Ambassador Stage and Embasava Number 3413. Due to COVID restrictions we shall meet for 3 days from Wednesday the 17th March 2021,Thursday and Friday 19th March 2021 from 11AM to 6PM Funeral will be in the U K.

Nephew to Mr. and Mrs. Gichuhi Ngiabi, Wambui Muraya, Wanjiru Lekasi, the Late Chege, Jane Wangui, Mr. and Mrs. Wokabi U.S.A, Mr. and Mrs. Ngunjiri U.S.A, Susan Ngumba U. S. A and Irene Wairimu U. S.A. He was cousin to prof. Nyambura, Wakonyo Gichuhi, Chiira, Wangari, Ngiabi Gichuhi, Eunice Nyambura,Wamatu, Mumbi, Shiku, Shiku Ngunjiri U. S.A, Nyambura Ngunjiri, Muthoni Ngunjiri, Natalia Nyambura U.S.A Ronald Ngumba U. S.A and others.

Funeral arrangements and meetings are held at their home, Kitengela, Kimalat, stage 3, entrance Dade petrol station.

The cortege leaves Montezoma Monalisa Magathi RD Funeral home on Thursday 18th March 2021 at 9am, later the funeral at Langata cemetery.

The cortege leaves Hema Hospital Mortuary Kisii, on Wednesday 17th March, 2021, at 8.00am and the burial will take place on the same day at their home in Taracha VIIIage, Taracha Location, Kisii County.

Brother of Francis Kimilu, Juliana Mathendu, the late Anthony Muia, the late Peter Kiminza, Mathias Mutisya, Martina Kanini, Teresia Wayua, Patrick Mull, Bridgit Mulee and Boniface King’oo. Son-in-law of the late Peter Maundu and Rhoda Muthembwa and the late Katwovoo Ngwae and the late Muute Katwovoo.

Loving father of Rosemary Nzilani, Philip Wambua, the late John Katua, Annastacia Muthoki, Christine Kavuli, Regina Mwelu, the late Edward Mutava, Bpnnadetta Mbulwa,Agnes Mumo, Maurice Mukuta, Alexander Mwendwa, Stellamaris Muthembwa, Josephine Mutheu, Barbanas Muathime, Catherine Kalekye, Florence Mumbua, Marygorette Mbithe, Gregory Mwanzau, Leonard Munyao, Mulingejoseph Mwinzi and Angela Mutheu. Father-in-law of Samuel Munyao, Janet Kalondu, Joyce Wanza,Agnes Kasiva, the late Jacob Kisilu, Jacob Musau, Magret Nzilani, Ruth Mueni, the late Luke Otieno, Vitalis Ochieng, Peter Nthiwa, Martin Maithi, Norman Kioko, Elizabeth Nduku, Mercy Wairimu and Esther Njoki. Hillary had 56 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home – Machakos, on Wednesday 17th March, 2021, at 6:00am. There will be a stopover for prayers at his Muani home from 7:30am. The funeral service shall be held at his Thange Home starting 11:30 am where he will be laid to rest.

Henry was the son of Mr. Gilbert Gwaro Ariga and Mrs. Sabina Mandere Gwaro. He was the loving father to Bentley Berakah Ogoti of Everglades Kindergarten. Brother to Dr. Jane Gwaro (KNH), Esther Gwaro (Canada) and Patrick Gwaro. Brother in law to Beatrice Wachera. Uncle to Lucky Florence Magara, Bakhita Mellisa Magara and Sabina Magara. Cousin to the Ombunas, Amenyas, Makoris, Mandos among others.

Family will meet daily for the funeral arrangements at Upper Hill Springs, Nairobi from 5pm.

The cortege will leave Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital on 18th March 2021 from 2 pm. The Funeral service and burial ceremony will be held at his home in Kisii county Nyamache division, Bobasi subcounty, on Friday 19th March 2021 from 10am.

He is the husband to Jane Njeri Munyua. He was a brother to Jennifer Wairigu Ragui, the late Jidraph Thairu Njunge, Virginia Wanjiru Keiya and Josephine Wamaitha Ngugi. Father to Edward and Anne Njunge, Joyce Wairimu and Edwin Kahura, Annabelle Mbaire and Titus Wanyoike. Son-in-law to Mr. & Mrs. Evanson Mwaura Kamukii of Karura Ka Nyungu. His home is Karura Ka Nyungu Kiambu county.

People are meeting at his home for prayers and funeral arrangement.

The cavalcade leaves PCEA Kikuyu mortuary on 18/3/21. Thereafter is the burial service at his home Karura Ka Nyungu from 11.00 am.

The Catholic Diocese of Meru regrets to announce the death of Rev. Fr. Bernard Njeru Nkanya that occurred on 14th March 2021 at St. Theresa’s Mission Hospital, Kiirua, in Meru after a short illness.

Son of the late Anastasio Nkanya and the late Aniceta Gaaji and Juliana Igoki (Step mother).

Brother to, the late Brose Miriti, Late Margaret Mukwamugo, Akille Kiraithe, Lydia Mukwanjagi, Sr. Winnie lthima of Nazareth Sisters of annunciation, Celia Ukima, Lucy I4aari, William Njabani, Anthony Micheni and Enid Kawira.

Until his demise, he was the parish priest at St. Massimo, Catholic parish, Mikinduri and Financial Administrator of the Catholic Diocese of Meru.

The Cortege leaves St. Theresa’s Mission Hospital, Kiirua in Meru on Wednesday, 17th March 2021 at 8:00 am and proceed to Mujwa catholic church for Funeral mass at 9:00am; thereafter, burial at Mujwa Cemetery, in Central Imenti, Meru county.

Mother to Sammy Kilonzo, Peter Mutinda, Phillip Matolo and Elizabeth Mutindi, mother-in-law Eunice Kasyoka, Hellen Ndambuki, Irene Kithuki and Alex Kioko.

Sister in-law to Jasper Mutuku, Thomas Mutunga, ltumbi Muoki, Zlpporah Katungwa, Susan Mutungi, Flora Ndanu, Late Mwikali Mutisya, Melody Mutuku and Ndunge.

Prayers and funeral arrangements are going on daily at her home in Maluva village, Tala.
