It is with deepest sorrow and pain that we inform you of the promotion to Glory of our beloved Mother Mary Getrude Wanjiku which occurred on 13th June, 2020 after battling a long illness. She hailed from Alvaston Derby.

She was a loving mother to Carlos, Gregory and Catlin.

We are currently in process of making funeral arrangements.

Many of you would like to pay a visit but due to the prevailing situation and inline with the current Government guidelines, we are unable to gather. Please, keep us in prayers during this very difficult time.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Susan Mumbi Wairera (Auntie Sue) which occurred on 19th June 2020 in Kenyatta National Hospital. Until her demise, she was a teacher at Maombi Primary School in Kabazi, Nakuru.

Daughter of the Late Nelson Githaiga and the late Mary Nyandia Githaiga. Beloved wife of Mwangi Wahome Wairera. Loving mother of Morris Githaiga, Brian Wahome, Angela Wairimu and Alex Theuri. Grandma of Isaac Mwangi among others. Sister of the late Gerald Kagondu & Catherine Wanjiru, the late Catherine Wairimu, Lydiah Karungari & the late Muteithia Gakure, the late Dickson Wachira & Millicent Wambui, the late John Kimondo & Eunice Wangui, the late Wairera Muteithia, Margaret Wangui & Nehemiah Wachira, Eunice Wangu & Stephen Kariuki and Lawrence Mariga & Jane Wangiri. Auntie and mentor of many. Daughter in law of the late William Wahome and Ruth Wairimu. Sister-in-love of many.

Prayers and funeral arrangements are taking place at their family residence at Maombi farm, Kabazi and Jacaranda Estate Nairobi every evening.

The cortege leaves PNN Funeral Homes on 30th June 2020 at 9.00 am, funeral service and burial rites will take place at Maombi Farm Kabazi Nakuru at 11.30 am.

Loving husband of the late Beatrice Adhiambo Ogindo. Father of Michael Onyango, Seby Onyango, Elizabeth Onyango, Christian Onyango and Ashley Onyango.

Son of the late Nikanor Ngwe Luomba and the late Christine Adhiambo Ngwe. Brother of Muok Ngwe,Abongo Ngwe,the late Philip Okeya, Regina Awour, Soro Ngwe and Monica Aluoch, Brother in-law of Angelina Muok, Merceline Atieno & Rose Okeya.

Family and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at his house in Jacaranda Estate, House No. A9.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Services on Thursday 2nd July 2020 to his Kanyadoto village, Nthiwa Sub county for burial, which will be Friday 3rd July 2020.

Father-in-law of Esau, late Japhate, Ivan, Yenat, Erick, Beatrice, Ken and George. Brother of Obot Lucio, James, Kipsilot, John, Recho, Lisa (all deceased) and Alice. He was blessed with many grand and great grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Siloam hospital on Friday for overnight vigil at his home chepkosilen and shall be laid to rest on Saturday, 27/06/2020.
