It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved mum Joyce Awino Oduor that occurred in Nairobi on 18th December 2019 after a long illness, bravely borne.

Daughter of the late Joash Mayi and mother Perez Awuor. Wife of Eng. JB Oduor. Mother of the late Caroline (Baby), Oscar, Tina, Geoffrey, Ronnie, Marylyn, Dorothy,Vin and Linet. Sister of the late Naphtal Mayi, the late Yuniah Mayi, the late Yuanita, Lorraine, Veronica, Jane and many others. Sister in-law of the late Philister Auma Mayison. Loving grandmother of Milan, Ruthie, Nicole, Fernando, Levis, Lance and Braeden. Mother-in-law of Becky, Merab and Virginia.

The cortege leaves Nairobi, Chiromo mortuary on 2nd January, 2020 for Siaya, Alego.

Funeral service burial will take place on 4th January, 2020 in Siaya, Alego Kaugagi as from 10:00am.

It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s wills that we the family of Mrs. Josephine Nyabonyi Omagwa announces her demise on Saturday 14th December 2019 at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Ongata Rongai after a long battle with throat cancer.

She was daughter to late Wilson Nyamosi Okemwa and Mary Moraa, daughter in law to Samwel Nyamao and late Priscah Bisieri, wife to Joel Omagwa and mother CO Hezron, late Dolphine,David, Amos and mother in law to Brenda. Sister to Alice, Wilter, Elijah, Verah, Perpetuah, Moses, Truphena and Milkah. Niece to Abuya, late Samwel, Mauti, late Caren, Nyanchoka, Esther, Naomi, Ontweka, Ong’ayo, Binsari, Mary, Mong’are, Doris. Josiah, Ntabo and Ouru. In-law to Gesare, Penninah, Ezekiel, Sarah, Kaisa, Nyanchama & late Kwamboka & Kengere, Onduso, Ondari, Lucas, Obonyo, Ongata, Robert Manyoni, Okeng’o, Onderi (Josephat &Amos, MCA), James Oteri (USA), Zephaniah Gera & late Jacob Ogari, Onkundi (Charles, George, Esther, Gladys) and Cousin to the Oncharis’.Auntie to Alex Kiyondi, Diana, Ezekiel Mogaka, Rose, Brian, Lewis, Joy, Ian, Jennifer, Betty, Josephine Nyabonyi Abigael, Valentine,  Nyamosi & Ryan Hope.

We also wish to thank Hon Professor Ogutu for his continued support in this difficult period of grief.

Family, relatives and friends are meeting at her residence in Ongata Rongai (Rangau), Kajiado County.

Main fund drive is scheduled on 31st December 2019 at Ambassadors Hotel in Nairobi (CBD) and Lodiriak hotel in Ongata Rongai located along Church road opposite shell petrol station as from 5.00 PM.

The cortege leaves Umash funeral home on 2nd January 2020 for a church service at Ongata Ronkai central SDA church.

Burial will take place on 3rd January 2020 at her residence in Rangau, Ongata Rongai, Kajiado county.

Loving mother of Sylvia Nduta and Eric Kiarie. Daughter of the late John Ndung’u Kioria and Winnie Njambi Ndung’u of Nyeki Farm Turi, Molo. Sister of Anthony Wainaina, Catherine Ndung’u (KPLC), Peter Kioria, John Gichuru, Bernard Mbugua and Kennedy Ndung’u (KPMG). Sister-in-law of Grace Wangui, Nookool Paenklam and Louiza Chege.

Friends and family are meeting daily at Jesus is Alive Ministries, Haille Selasie Avenue Nairobi (PAM) at 5pm daily.

There will be a fundraising on Tuesday 31st December 2019 at Jesus is Alive Ministries, Haille Selasie Avenue at 5pm. The burial will take place on Friday 3rd January 2020 at her home in Turi, Molo.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home Nairobi on Friday, 3rd January 2020 at 5.00am and proceed to Nyeki Farm for the Church service here she will be laid to rest.

The family and friends of Benjamin Kiptoo Boit (formerly of Kenya Air Force and NIS) sadly announce his passing on at Mater Hospital Nairobi on 28th December 2019.

The last born son of the late Cheptoo Boit and the late Kimoi Cheptoo (Kogo Mika). Beloved husband of Janet Kiptoo (formerly of ADC) and father of the late Willy Kiptoo, Eunice Koiyani, John Kipkorir and Nixon Kiprono. A brother of the late Targok Kipchaba and Philip Cheptoo and step brother of Kipketer Cheptoo and Targok Chesirwa. Father in law of Milka, Ronald and Lucy and brother in law of Linah, Peninah, Leah, Gladys, late Thomas & late Joshua. He was grandfather of Cindy, Stacy, Kibet, Marissa, Leon, Shaleen and Shamilla.

Meetings and prayers are being held daily at his home in Syokimau.

A prayer meeting will be held on 31st December 2019 at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi from 5:30pm.

He will be laid to rest on 2nd January 2020 at his farm in Sesia-Morop village, Baringo County.

NYACHIRO- Beauttah Joseph Mecha escaped this mortal realm on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 after a year-long battle with a nefarious criminal named Cancer, who has plagued our society for far too long. Mr. Nyachiro was a former employee of Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).

Son of the late Robinson Nyachiro Sagwe and is survived by his mother Hellen, his wives Teresa Ogeto and Florence Natabona. Pops to Maureen, Felix, Robert, Gertrude, Ruth, James, Joel, Douglas, Damaris, Charity, Jared and Lydia (Ntong’ino).

Brother to Mary, Josiah, Joash, David, Enoch, Richard, Pr. Ken Nyachiro, Shem and Sagwe.

Son-in-law to the Ogeto’s and Ouma’s. He was a cousin, a nephew, uncle and great friend to many. Brother-in-law to the late Nyang’au, the late Mboga, Jane, the late Milton, Joyce, Ruth & Abdi Mulusa and Ronald. Cousin to the Barakes, Ndegas, Atungas, Obieros, Kirekis, Obanyis. He also leaves behind adorable grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Hema Hosptital on Thursday 2nd January 2019 followed by a funeral service and burial on Friday 3rd January 2019 at Kenyenya Village, Bonyamatuta Ward, West Mugirango Constituency, Nyamira County.

Brother-in-law of Kanyangi, Beatrice, Rael, Michael, Ngoe, Tumbo and Mr. Chanzera. Nephew of Ong’ondo, Elizabeth, Enock, Omuya, Owino, Maricus, Philegona and others.
