Beloved daughter to the late Harun Nyamu and the late Alice Nyambura. Daughter-in-law to the late Peter Waweru and the late Shelmith Wangui. Beloved wife to Mr. Isaac Gichuki Waweru formerly of State Department for Correctional Services. Mother to Nancy Mbogo of Heritage Foods (K) Ltd and Peter Gichuki. Mother-in-law to Hilary Mbogo of Llyod Masika Ltd. Sister to Juliet Nyaguthii, the late Veronicah Wangechi, J.B. Mugatha, Dedan Ngunjiri, the late Rose Wanjiru & Racheal Njoki. Grandmother to Ellah Mbogo.

Funeral arrangement meetings are being held at Timboroa hotel, Nairobi from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.

The cortege will leave Mukurweini Mortuary on Tuesday the 24/09/2019 at 8.00am for funeral service at Kamucuni PCEA Church, Nyeri County. Thereafter, the burial will be held at country home in Kiirungi, Gikondi, Mukurweini, Nyeri County.

Lord gave us Miriam and Lord has taken her, Blessed be the name of the Lord. Sleep well Mum.

Sister of Hannah Langasani, the late Mary Mparuk, the late Hannah Tuken, Loise Kindi, John Kimani, Salome Loiludie, Veronica Schimitz and Julius Parsanka. Beloved mother of Eva Kasero, the late Lengete Kompetai, Esther Lodi, the late Robert Sitonik, Sylvester Kiboi, John Leiyan, Rosemary Sindoiya, the late Jane Naneu, Priscilla Silole, Ruth Simaloi and Grace Sereya. Mother in law of Kasero, Purity, Lordi, the late Tupere, Nancy and Kamakei. In law of late Keriesek, the late sister Mary Stephen, the late William, Joyce, Virginia, Eunice, the late Hellen, Margaret and Esther. Auntie to many. She has left behind 33 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home Oleporos Ngong and at Mr & Mrs Kasero’s home in Nairekia Nkare, Narok for prayers and funeral arrangements from 6 pm.

The cortege leaves Umash funeral home on Thursday 26th September 2019 at 9am. Funeral service will be conducted at PCEA Oloolua Church. Burial will follow thereafter at her home Oleporos Ngong

The Family, Friends and the Maa community are sadden to announce the untimely death of Dr. Hassan Arthur Malipe Ole Kamwaro (former TLB Chairman) which occurred on the 27/8/2019 at Mercy Hospital-Oklahoma-USA.

The late Hassan Arthur Malipe Ole Kamwaro was born on December 31st 1941 to the late Francis Olpilisi Ole Kamwaro and Esther Naturia Kamwaro, (Noolaiserr). He was husband of the late Regina Njamio Kamwaro, Judith Kavete Malipe and Eunice Sision Malipe. Father of Sarah Tito, the late Martin, Diana Nakiti, Tom Sirere, Malaso, Leposo, Letuya David, Edwin Leteipa, the late Jennifer Naserian, Dayton Lerionka, Gladys Sianoi, Duncan Moitalel, Mathew Parselenka, Nicky Lukeine, Kevin Sayialel, Brenda Amina Collins Leshan, Derick Leshao, Robert Senteu, Emmanuel Lesalon, Luke, Nabiki and Seema. Grandfather of Tuta, Soila, Mark, Chopi, Milie, Tini, Santana, Mereso, Lekishon (L J Maasai), Sasine, Ian, Soyian, Lawi, Fabian, Lewis, Seremon and Mitchell. He was blessed with Great Grandchildren – Curtis, Naitoe, Liloy, Oiboo, Nathan, Rita, Nunu and Natasha. Father-in-law of Emma, Naisiae, Norah and Rose.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral home on Saturday 28/9/2019 for a funeral service and internment at his farm in Eor-Enkitok, Narok County.
