Ephantus Mbutha Kiragu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Ephantus Mbutha Kiragu (formerly of Kenyatta University) of Mwiki Kasarani, which occurred on 31^st December 2016.

Son of the late Japhat Kibuga and the late Beatrice Nyambura.

Husband of Mary Virginia Njoki, father of Kelvin Kibuga, Richard Mwangi, late Fredrick Gikonyo and the late Beatrice Nyambura. Brother of Simon Mwangi (USA), Eunice Wanjiku Njoroge, Stephen Muchiri, Rev Fredrick Kibuga (KAG Highway Church), Agnes Wanja, Jane Njeri Gichuki, Nancy Wambui, Grace Njoroge, Patrick Kibuga (Nairobi City County) and David Kibuga (Damkis Works). Father in love of Esther Wangui Kibuga (Indepth Water Services) and in law of Charity Wanjiru Muriuki of Karatina. Uncle of Kenneth Kibuga (USA), Joseph Kibuga (Saudi Arabia), Robert Kibuga, Dennis Kibuga, Rakeri Mumbi, Beatrice Njoroge, Josphat Kibuga, Kennedy Kibuga, Elizabeth Kibuga, Victor Kibuga and many others.

Grandfather of of Elena Njoki, and Katlyn Njoki. Cousin of the Thondus of Mugoiri and the Kahuras of Kiangunyi, the Kanyores, Kurimas and the Njugunas, all of Kibutha Village.

The cortege will leave City Mortuary on Friday 6^th January at 7am.

The funeral service will take place at ACK St Annes Mwiki from 10am to 12noon.

The burial will take place at his farm at Koma Hill along Kangundo Road near North Gate School on the same day at 1pm.

You have fought a good fight won the race and kept the faith.
