Cpl Jacinta Nthenya Muteti

It is with profound sorrow that the Muteti family announce the demise of Cpl Jacinta Nthenya Muteti of National Police Service.

She was a bodyguard attached to H.E The Governor of Machakos Dr. Alfred Mutua.

She is survived by her husband Sgt Morris Muteti of APTC, Mother of June Mumbua and Wendy Wavinya. Beloved daughter of Bendetta Katiwa Ndolo formerly of Machakos Girls’ Rescue Centre.

Granddaughter of Christine Mumbua Ndolo. Daughter-in-law of the late Mr. Mull and Esther Wavinya. Sister of Francis Ndolo of NAS. Sister-in-law of Jennifer, Hellen, the late Mwendwa, Moses, Alex, Eric, Jackline and Magdalene. Aunt of many. Niece of King’ola, Kiilu, Mukenyi,Wayua, the late Munyeke and Nzivo. Cousin of King’ola’s, Kiilu’s, Matheka’s, Lillian among others.

A mini-harambee will be held on Thursday 22nd June 2017 at Nyayo stadium cafeteria from 5pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Machakos on 24th June 2017 to her home at Katelembo for her final end off.

Martha Ann Wailer Muchori

1938-2017     With acceptance of GOD’s will we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs. Martha Ann Wailer Muchori to eternal peace on 13 June 2017 at Avenue Hospital. From her marriage with Dr. Augustine Muchai Muchori were born: Edward, John and Eva Muchori. She is survived by her uncle Lemuel Wynn (USA) and brother Calvin Waller (USA). She was beloved grandmother to Martha and Morgan Muchori and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her house from 5pm. There will be a gathering at Chiromo mortuary on Saturday 24 June 2017 at 9 am followed by a procession to the funeral service at All Saints Church Limuru (Tigoni). Thereafter the burial service will be at the home of Dr. Muchori in Tigoni.

Loving husband of the late Susan Wambui Wandeto. Father of Josiah Wandeto, Mwaniki Wandeto, Wagura Wandeto, Nguru Wandeto and the late Gitahi Wandeto. Grandfather of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be laid to rest on Friday 23rd June, 2017.

Mary Wangeci Kariithi passed on to her Lord on 18th June 2017. Wife of the Late G.K Kariithi. Mother of Karekia, Njoki, Muthoni, Wacira, Wambere, Ngari and Kibby. Mother in-law of Rachel, Fred, Nganga,Wanjiku, Rachel and the late Wanjiru. Grandmother, great-grandmother, auntie and friend to many.

Friends and relatives will be meeting at All Saints Cathedral from 5:30pm on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st June 2017.The memorial service will be held on Thursday 22nd June, 2:00pm at All Saints Cathedral.

The funeral will be held on Friday 23rd June at I I:00am at the family’s Kiburi home, in Kirinyaga County.

May the Lord rest her soul in eternal peace.
