Son of the late Mzee Kiptuyei Seronei and late Christina Koga Kimoi. Beloved husband of Juliana Kiptarus and joyceYeswa of National Registration Bureau Kakarnega. Father of Jepkoech (Judiciary), Jepkogei, Kiprotich (NITA Nairobi),}epkorir (KFC) Kiptoo(KMA Lanet), Kipchumba, Jepchirir (KMTC Nairobi) &Ezra of 1HM Academy. Grandpa of Beverlyn, Ryan and Melisa. Friends and relatives are meeting daily from 0600hrs for prayers and funeral arangements at the Kenya Police Driving School, Industrial Area and Professional Centre. Main harambee will be on 26104/2017 at Professional Centre. The cortage will leave Chiromo Mortuary on 28/04/2017 at 6.00 am for overnight stay and burial on 29/04/2017 at his Cheptongai home/Kapsumai village in Kapsowar Division, Elgeyo Marakwet.

Daniel Misoa Kivuva 3.03.1963 – 21.04.2017

We regret to announce the passing on of Daniel Misoa Kivuva on 21st April 2017 after a sudden illness. He was until his demise, the Principal AIC Matinyani Mixed Secondary School. He is survived by his wife, Grace Kamene of Mulango Girls School and son, oseph Nzioka of Daystar University. Son of Peter Kivuva Misoa and the Late Anna Kamumbu ofTala, Kangundo. It is with profound grief and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Peter Chege Mwithiga of Aga Khan University Hospital which occurred on 22nd April 2017 after a short illness. Son of. Naomi Wairimu Mwithiga and the late Fredrick Mwithiga Chege of Kinoo location. Brother of Ruth Wanjiru Mwangi, Frasiah Muthoni Kihumba and DamarisWanjiku. He was the loving father of Fredrick Mwithiga Chege of Damacrest Schools. He was brother-in-law to Alex Mwangi Munyua, the late Solomon Kihumba and David Kibe. Doting uncle to Hazel, Naomi, Martha, Godwyn, Gabrielle and Dylan. Nephew to Mr. & Mrs. James N. Chege, Damaris Gachoka,Alice Gitau amongst others.
Prayers and funeral arrangements are being held daily at his home in Kinoo near the shopping centre.
The cortege leaves the Aga Khan University Hospital Mortuary on Friday 28/4/2017 at 8.00 a.m. for a funeral service at P.C.E.A SGM Kinoo Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow at his home.

Josephine Wambui Njuguna 2006-2017

We celebrate the life of our beloved Josephine Wambui of Kianda School who passed on, on Friday April 2 I St 2017 at Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi after a short illness.
Wambui was the loving daughter of Francis and Jane Njuguna. Beloved sister to Alvaro and Monica Njuguna. Grandchild to Margaret Wambui Mwangi and the late Robinson Mwangi, and Crispin and Juliana Wanjohi. Niece and cousin to many.
There will be a requiem mass at Consolata Shrine,Westlands, at 9am on Friday April 28th 2017 followed by funeral on the same day at Mununga Village, Gacharage location, Kigumo Division, Muranga County.

Peter Mategwa Amulele 11/08/1937 – 30/04/2016

One year ago you suddenly left us to be with the Lord.
We grieved but we know you went to a better place.

Marcia Wawira

Political heavyweight Martha Karua has been thrown into mourning following the loss of a close family member.

Martha’s niece Marcia Wawira who was a fourth year student in Daystar University passed away at Nairobi West Hospital following a tragic road accident on 23rd April.

Marcia and 4 of her friends were coming from Daystar Star of Excellence Awards ceremony (SOEA) when the accident happened along Mombasa Road. One of Marcia’s companions Arnold Mutisya succumbed to injuries while Maureen Kogi, Stephen Musyoki, Derrick Mills and Marcia Wawira were rushed to Shalom Hospital for first emergency treatment before getting transferred to Nairobi West Hospital.

Stephen and Maureen were released after treatment as they had minor injuries but  Derrick and Marcia had to stay longer for further treatment. Sadly, Marcia tragically succumbed to her injuries

According to Daystar University’s publication called Involvement, “Marcia’s knee had been hurt badly and so the doctors decided to do a surgery on the knee. After the surgery, she couldn’t wake up.  She was then taken to the ICU where she was under oxygen support but unfortunately, she couldn’t make it.”

Martha Karua sent out this tweet breaking the sad news “Marcia Wawira Mwangi my beloved niece succumbed today to injuries from a road accident .She will 4ever live in our hearts #RIPMarcia.”
