We were deeply touched by the numerous calls, visits, prayers and words of encouragement as well as generous moral and financial support to lay our father to rest in Bukoba, Tanzania. We announce the passing on of Mzee Justus Tureti Obara of Masisi Village Nyamache, Masige East Sub Location, Bobasi- Kisii County.

Family and friends are meeting daily in Nairobi at Garden Square and in Kisii at his home to finalize funeral arrangements.

There win be a main fundraising to offset hospital bills at the Professional Centre in Nairobi on Thursday 13th April, 2017 at 5pm, and in Nyamache- Kisii on 17th April 2017 and a fundraising on 18th April 2017 at New Life SDA Church grounds, 5th Ngong Avenue at 5 O’clock.

There will be a church service on Wednesday 19th April 2017 at New Life SDA Church grounds, 5th Ngong Avenue starting at 12 noon.

Wife of the late Elijah Mwangi mother of Michael Kamau (Kirinyaga), Joseph Kimakia (Rongai), Gladwell Wanjiru Kiwara (Kikuyu), Capt. Ngumo (Kiserian), Mary Wanjiru (Kabati), Isaac Ruga (Kasarani), Jacob Mwangi (Kiambu), Esther Nyambura (Kenol), Hannah Njeri (London), Peter Kamau (Ruiru) and Hildah Nduta (Thika). Funeral arrangements are taking place at Kihumo Guest House along Race Course Road on 6th, 7th and 10th April, 2017 at 6.00pm. Daughter-in-law of Peter Otieno Nyaguti and Monica Atieno of Gem Kambare village. Sister of Dorothy, Beatrice and Pheobi among others. Sister-in-law of Gervas (KEFRI Londiani), Micheal, Florence and Daniel. Loving aunty of Mark,Winfrey, Rachel, Palomer, Molly, Samantha, Liz, junior a mong others.
