There will be a fundraising on 21st December 2016 at Cheborge home as from 3pm. The cortege leaves Lazarus Funeral Home on Thursday 22nd December 2016 at 12noon for a funeral service at the Cheborge home. The burial and final sendoff will be on Friday 23rd December 20 I 6 from 10am.

Husband of Rachel Wairimu Muriithi of Nyeri Referal Hospital. Father of Nyawira, Muthui and Wanjiru (Nyeri Hill Stead). Brother of Rahab Kagure Mugo (Nbi). Son of the late Gladys Nyawira Muriithi. Grandson of the late Solomon Muriithi Muthui and Mrs. Rahab Kagure Muriithi (Mama Nyatha) of Kamakwa Nyeri, Zipporah Wangechi (Naromoru) and Catherine Watare (Rumuruti). Nephew of S.M. Muriithi (Nbi), jeniffer Wanjiru Nderi (Mathangauta Farm, Mau-Narok), Grace Wangari Kiura (Ngurubani, Mwea), Charles Muriithi (Kungu Maitu Nanyuki), S Muthui (Nairobi), Wanjuki (UK), Mutahi (Nbi), late Muthui (Nairobi), Nyawira, Wangui (Rumuruti), Karuri (Nbi), Wanjuki and Wangari (Rumuruti).

It is with profound sorrow and sadness that we announce the passing on of Marylene Barngetuny of Plymouth Minnesota in the United States of America (USA) on 8th December 2016 after a short illness.
The 3rd born of the late Hellen Jepande Barng’etuny of Ndulele Kabiyet, Nandi County. Doting mother of Brenda Bart and Paul Cherop of Plymouth (USA). Daughter in law of Bart De Schepper of Plymouth. Sister of Grace Maiyo, Leonard Barng’etuny, the late Philip Barng’etuny and Pauline Mwei. Sister in law of David Maiyo and Nicholas Mwei. Sister in law of Alice and Lilian Barng’etuny. She leaves behind several cousins, nephews and nieces.
For prayers and burial arrangements relatives and friends are meeting in Nairobi and her home in Ndulele Kabiyet Nandi County. It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Mr. Andrew Mahulu Anami of Imilonje Ilala village, Shitoto Location, Shinyalu Constituency, Kakamega County.
Son of the late Paul Anami and the late Clara Kubochi. Husband of Hilderbetta Isachini Anami (formerly of Posta Kenya). Father of Claire Anami & Wilson Mziray, Allan & Hellena, Amani Anami and Clifton Moffit Anami. He was the grandfather of Wendy, Lauryne & Andrew Mziray and Andrew Anami Junior. Brother of the Ines Peter, Clement, Ernest and Pius Lumumba Anami. Cousin of Caleb Khasiani and many others, Uncle of Christopher Mulama and many others.
Friends and family are meeting daily at his Ongata Rongai residence and at Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road on 19th, 20th and 21st December from 5.30pm.
A fundraiser will be held on Wednesday 21st December at NBC Ngong Road at 5.30 pm. The memorial service will be held on 28th December 2016 at NBC Ngong Road from 11am and thereafter the body will leave for his residence in Ongata Rongai for an overnight vigil.
The cortege will leave Ongata Rongai on Thursday 29th December 2016 for Kakamega to its final resting place at his home.The burial will be held on 31st December 2016 at Imilonje Ilala Village starting at 9am.

Father-in-law of Bernard Osiemo, Jones Onyambu, Esther, Palema, Stacia, Sarah, Pauline and Caroline. Brother-in-law of Simon Moriasi, Zachary, Aaron, Daniel, Elijah Maobe among others. Prayer meetings are ongoing daily at the parents’ home in Utawala, Wife’s home at the junction of Naivasha/Kikuyu road, Bistro at Muthama and Nairobi at the Lutheran Church, opposite St. Andrews on Nyerere road. There will be a requiem mass at the Lutheran Church of Kenya on 20th December 2016 at 10am and Funeral will take place at his rural home in Kirinyaga on 21st December 2016, family and friends will meet at Kenyatta University funeral home at 7am.
