Son of the late Erastus Thuo and the late Gladys Muthoni Thuo of Kaharo, Mukurwe-ini Nyeri County.

Husband of Mercy Wanjiku and father of Gladys Muthoni (St Catherines Girl’s Secondary School, Machakos), and Emmanuel Thuo (Mirema School).

Brother of Lucy Wanjiru Kamuiru, the late Virginia Wanjiku Kahiu, James Muraguri (Baraka Bookshop, Kayole), the late Francis Munge, Edward Nyaga (Edash Electrical Works, Nyamakima) and the late Eliud Mutitu.

Family, friends and relatives are meeting daily at Millemium 200 Hotel, Nyamakima and at his residence in Zimmerman Estate starting at 6pm.

The cortege leaves KU Mortuary on Friday 6th January 2017 at 7.30am for the funeral service at St Luciah Catholic Church, Kaharo, at 10am and thereafter burial at Gakira Farm.
