It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Joseph Mwangi Thuo formerly of C Dorman Ltd on 26th December 2016 at Nairobi Women’s Hospital.

Son of the late Erastus Thuo and the late Gladys Muthoni Thuo of Kaharo, Mukurwe-ini Nyeri County.

Husband of Mercy Wanjiku and father of Gladys Muthoni (St Catherines Girl’s Secondary School, Machakos), and Emmanuel Thuo (Mirema School).

Brother of Lucy Wanjiru Kamuiru, the late Virginia Wanjiku Kahiu, James Muraguri (Baraka Bookshop, Kayole), the late Francis Munge, Edward Nyaga (Edash Electrical Works, Nyamakima) and the late Eliud Mutitu.

Family, friends and relatives are meeting daily at Millemium 200 Hotel, Nyamakima and at his residence in Zimmerman Estate starting at 6pm.

The cortege leaves KU Mortuary on Friday 6th January 2017 at 7.30am for the funeral service at St Luciah Catholic Church, Kaharo, at 10am and thereafter burial at Gakira Farm.

Nancy Wangari Mwihu

April 16th, 1969 – December 30th, 2016

The death has occurred of Nancy Wangari Mwihu daughter of Agnes Nyamuhito Mwihu.

She was mother of Wendy Warutere, Angel Waithera and the late Catherine Waguthi and Jeniffer Wairimu.

There will be a fundraiser to offset medical bills on 4th January at Norwich Union House, Mama Ngina Street, Room No. 5 from 5pm.

Son in-law of Makau Kimomo of Tala. Brother in-law of Senator Johnston Muthama, John Mwaka, late Mutilu. Veronica, Evelyn, Annah, Mary, late Nthenya and Katheo. Uncle of many and grandfather of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home at llelambyu and Mwingi Town. Friends based in Nairobi will meet on Thursday 5th January, 2017 at Garden Square from 5.30pm.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Saturday 7th January, 2017 for a funeral service t Ilelambyu Primary Sschool and there after burial at his home.

Father of Timothy Parsankul (Commodities Fund), Sinet Ntoyian (Bank of India), Andrew Kenana (Bridge Analytics Ltd) and Adrian Saoli (Management University of Africa).

Father in law of Ntoyian Polong (KCB Head Office Upper Hill) and Priscah Rawua (Anytime Limited).

Grandfather of Nepeita Ntoyian, Ninantei Lerindo and Meluami Sakimpa.

Brother of Joseph Lempaka, Shaankua Lenkoina, Agnes Kasuku and the late Meshack Lenkoina.

Funeral arrangements ongoing at his Kajiado Oloosuyian Home.

The burial will be on Friday 23rd December 2016 at his Kajiado Oloosuyian Farm.
