He was husband to Lucy Wanjiru Kagambi (formerly Mukima primary).. He was the son of the late George Kagambi Mvvenje and the late Margaret Gathoni Kagambi. A Kenyan woman has passed away in Dallas, TX. Sister Naomi Murimi passed away while undergoing treatment at the Medical City of Dallas on Sunday May 21st May 2017 at around 3pm.

She was a loving sister, teacher, and friend to all and mother to Shey & Nimo.
