1932 – 2017     It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. George Koome M’mbijiwe on 8th May 2017 former deputy provincial basic education officer, Eastern Province. Loving husband to Margaret Kinaitore Mbijiwe.
Loving father of Leah Makandi and James Waheire, Abdulhakimu, Martin Kimait.a and Mwanafamau Khalfan Mohamed, Lilian Muthoni and Paul Muite, Lucy Kendi and James Otieno Kefa and Loise Kagendo and Frank Shitemi. Brother of Mwenda Kungania, Guantai Maingi, Muconua Karuntimi, Charles Kiumbe, Kamunde, Kiinge, Mwohgera, Karani, Pauro, Munene, Gacheri, Lucy, Gateti, Gaiti, Gatuura, Kithuure among others.
The cortege leaves Meru Teaching and referral Hospital Mortuary on Friday, 12th May 2017 at 9.00am for the funeral service at All Saints Kinoru Methodist Church and thereafter laid to rest at his Kinoru Home.
