Mother of Listone, Dorothy, Gilbert, Edwin, Joyce, Emmy, Florence and Lennox. Mother-in-law of Mary, Charles, Dan and Ben Tonui. She is blessed with many grand children.

Brother of the late Grace Nyambura Gichaga, Sospeter Muraga and Geofrey Thuo.
