We regret to announce the passing away of our beloved Mrs Jane Elsa Adoyo Oyoo at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, Eldoret, on Friday 28/4/2017, after a short illness bravely borne.
Daughter of the late Mzee Shem Odada and the late Mama Philida Odada of Kokuro Village, Sakwa. Wife of the late John Diang’a Oyoo of Gem Maliera, Siaya. Mother of the late Fred, Ken, the late George and Tony Oyoo. Sister of the late Isabella Abura, Leah Odida, Prof. Eric Odada, Prof. Ernest Odera Odada, the late Damaris Nyalala, the late Lewnora Auma Ochok and the late Mishael Ayietta Odada. Mother-in-law of Dorah Oyoo. Grandmother of Elsa, Aleesha and Wayne. Nyawana of Mahamdou Mwindadi Mbagga of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Daughter-in-Law of the late Martin Oyoo Onguko, the late Anna Wanga Oyoo and the late Robert Awuoche. Sister-in-law of the late James Oyugi, the late Charles Watta, the late Harun Awuoche, Obambo, the late Wambita and Anyuolo.
Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Highlands Inn Hotel in Eldoret for funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary, Eldoret, on Thursday 11/5/2017 for a Church Service at Eldoret Christian Church, Eldoret West, beginning at 10.00 a.m. Thereafter the cortege leaves for her home in Kanyadoto for an overnight istay. Burial will take place on Friday, 12/5/2017 starting from 10.00 a.m. at Osodo Village, Kanyadoto, Ndhiwa Sub-county, Homa Bay County.
