Judith, we reflect on the sad occasion of your departure from our midst to be with the Lord. You were a pillar and the grounded matriarch in the Chepng’aina/Cheruiyot axis. You will forever be loved and missed by your loving husband, your children, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, the wider family and friends. Mum, in God’s hands you rest, in our hearts you live forever.

We acknowledge the invaluable medical efforts by Prof Jowi of the Neuro Centre of Kisumu, Dr Frederick Kirui of Kericho Outpatient Medical Centre, Dr Asumbi & Dr K Njenga of the Nairobi Hospital/Doctors’ Plaza as well as the Siloam Hospital, Kericho Town, all the nurses, physiotherapists, nutrionists and other medical staff who tirelessly provided the necessary support at the time of need despite the inevitable outcome that came to be We appreciate the entire coordination and arrangements for your dignified send-off led by the Committees based in Nairobi, Kericho and Roret.

We unreservedly express gratitude for all who made generous contributions towards the interment programme either morally, emotionally or financially. We express gratitude to the many teams, among them, the Tanyileel High School, KESSHA Baringo North, The Trade and Development Bank Ltd, Representatives from Kemri FACES, Kisumu County, Representatives from M/S Optimax Limited, the Team from KTDA and the entire group of mourners who thronged the homestead to accord Judith a distinguished departure.

We little did we know that on 1st July 2018 morning, God was going to call your name and take you home. It broke our hearts to lose you but Mum, you didn’t go alone, for part of us went with you. Mum you left us with special memories, your love, affection and care is still our guide. Our family chain (Dad Julius Manyara, Edna Mwendwa, Evelyn Nkatha and Evans Mutuma) is broken, and nothing remains the same. God will call us one by one and the chain will link again.

We appreciate and honor all our friends and family for your unwavering support and prayers during that difficult period in a big way.
