In Loving Memory

Sunrise: 25th July, 1956 – Sunset : 13th Feb, 2020

It is one year since God picked his flower from the garden and called you home. A day does not go by without loving thoughts of you. We lost our Matriarch. Our memory of that Thursday evening, 13th February, 2020 is still fresh in our minds. You left us with heavy hearts but we knew that God had greater plans for you. We have accepted God’s Will to rest you peacefully. You were the best mother our family could have prayed for and simple words are not able to express what you meant to us and your inspiration continues to be in our lives.

As we remember you on this day, 13th February, 2021 and every other day, we thank God for the gift that He gave us in you; to share our lives with you. Though you are gone, you are never forgotten. You left a legacy of love, joy, peace, kindness, servanthood and understanding. Light from our lives has gone. The voice we dearly loved is still so clear to us. A place is vacant within our hearts which can never be filled. The loss has taught us many things. And now we face each day with hope and happy memories. Although we are sad that you are no longer here, we hold you close within our hearts and there you will always remain. With every new day, we miss and love you more than yesterday. And feel your love in our hearts from heaven above, your new home.
