It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Fridah Nyakairu Muugi.

Daughter of the late Amos Mugi and the late Oripa Wakonyo Mugi. Mother of Kennedy Mugi Nyakairu and Rahab Wanja Mwangi (NCBA). Mother-in-law of Peterson Mwangi and Dorcas Njeri. Sister of the late Justus Kagai, the late Emily, Wangari, the late Jane Muthoni, Hebron Kariuki and Elizabeth Wangari Wamunyu. Sister-in-law of the late Risper Wambui Kagai, Elishina Wambui Kariuki and Elias Wamunyu. She was also an Auntie, Cucu and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers at her home in Uhuru Estate Phase 4, starting from 6.00pm.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary on Friday 28th May, 2021, at 7.00am and the burial will be held at her farm in Red Soil Village, Nyangati Location, Mathangauta Sub-location, Mwea Sub-county, Kimbimbi.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Mrs. Doris Nkatha Njeha formerly Commissioner in the Ministry of Cooperatives, which occurred on 21st May, 2021, at The Karen Hospital.

Daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs Lawrence Mutuamwari. Daughter-in-law of the late Mr. & Mrs. Benson Njeha Wairegi. A loving wife of the late Peter Macharia Njeha. Loving mother of Sarah Gathoni Njeha, Dennis Muiruri Njeha and Nicholas Kimathi Njeha. Grandma of Vanessa Kimathi, Christian Njeha,Victoria Kimathi, Andre Njeha and many more.

Sister of Janet Karemu, the late Mary Kirimi, Geoffrey Gitaari, Alice Nkirote, Susan Mutuura and Beatrice Wanjohi. Sister-in-law of the late John Kago Njeha, the late Nahashon Mwangi, the late Loise Mumbi, Helena Njeri, Sifira Wanjiru, the late Naomi Wangui, the late George Ndegwa and Charity Waitherero. She had many cousins, nieces and Nephews.

Burial arrangements are ongoing daily at her Ongata Rongai home, from 5.00pm and virtual meetings to raise funds for the huge hospital bill.

The cortege will leave Montezuma and Monalisa Funeral Home, at 6.30am on Saturday 29th May 2021 to St. Faith ACK Church – Ongata Rongai for funeral service at 8.00am. Thereafter, she will be laid to rest next to her late husband at their farm in Rangau.

He was a loving husband to Duster Gakii. A son to Humphrey Njeru and the late Catherine Kabua. A brother to Annie, Peninah, Patricia and Lucy. A father to Katrina and Maxwell. An uncle to Morris, Brendan, Ian, Vicky, Abby, Emanuel, Shantel, Atarz, Buda and many others.

An in law to Silas, Kagendo, Peter, Gerald. Nephew to Lucy, Kithinji, Rose, Muthoni, Mugambi, Kaari and others. Cousin to Munene, Justus, Murimi, Gaceri, Karendi, Ken, Kanini, Karimi, Kibaara, Kariuki, Mwenda, Mutugi, Mwende, Mawira, Gaceri, Mwandy among others.

Family and friends are meeting at his home in Nkangani Village every evening at 4 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Chogoria Hospital Mortuary on Saturday the 29th May 2021 at 9:00am for the final rites at his home in Nkangani Village, Ganga Ward in Tharaka nithi county.

Brother-in-law to Josephine Muhake. Uncle to Esther Wamaitha, Monique, Esther Mwangi, Tiffany, Wanyina, Esther Njuguna, Mwai, Njeri Macharia, Esther Macharia, Jayden Macharia. A loving cousin and friend to many.

The cortege leaves Mashujaa Funeral Home, DFMH – Nairobi, at 7.30am, on Thursday 27th May, 2021. He will be laid to rest in Kahunira Village, Githunguri Sub-county, Kiambu County.

There will be a memorial service at Mamlaka Hill Chapel- City Campus, Nairobi on Monday, 31st May 2021 at 2:00pm.

The cortege leaves the Aga Khan University Hospital on Tuesday, 1st June 2021, at 5.30am. The honouring and celebration of the life of Dennis is slated at 10.00am, the same day at the family farm in Kiptangwanyi Township, Elementaita Sub-county, Nakuru County.

We, the family of Mzee Ashford Kiara Miriti give glory to God for his full life. Our dear father was promoted to glory on 18th May 2021.

Son of the late M’Miriti and Salome M’Ibuuku.A loving husband to the late Damaris Kainyu. Their marriage was blessed with seven children.

Father of Pitiness and Douglas Mutua, Rev. Dan and Eve Kiara of Deliverance Church, Douglas and Kainda Micheni, Kaimuri and the late Mburugu, Elias Gitonga Kiara of TSC, Kwale County & Nancy Gitonga of Equity Bank- Makutano, Meru, Charity Kawira Miriti PHO T/Nithi County and Patrick Mbaabu Kiara.

Grandfather to 19 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Brother of the late Mwalimu Geoffrey Kamunde, the late Wanja Munyua, the late Kabuuru Murithi. Brother in-law of Kiangi and the late Kirigia of Mwimbi and a loving uncle to many.

Funeral service will be held at the Chief’s Office grounds, Mweru Market, on 28th May, 2021, from 10.00am and thereafter the body will be laid to rest at his home nearby.
