It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden demise of Dr. John Njoroge Keige.

He was the son of the late Joseph Keige Muniu and Teresa Wanjiku Keige.

Beloved husband of Dorcas Ndugi Njoroge and a devoted father to Susan Wanjiku, Kevin Keige, Mark Kiburi, Albert Muniu, and Amanda Wangui.

Brother of Dr. Anne Wambui Huge (Germany), the late Mary Mwihaki, late Peter Ngige, Margaret Wanja, Paul Thuo, Esther Wairimu, Dr. Moses Ngugi (Pona Hospital), Liza Mugure (Inpha Pharmaceuticals) and Dr. Dave Njenga. Brother-in-Law to Dr. Huge, Carol, Keziah, Theuri, Betty, Mary, Wanja, Njoki, the late Njuguna, Wairimu, Isaac, John and Wanjiku.

A caring uncle, friend and colleague to many. An inspiring business leader, entrepreneur, philanthropist and mentor. His legacy is felt marvelously.

Meetings for Friday 10th July and Saturday 11th July 2020 will be held at Bourbon Bridge Lounge on Thika road from 3 — 5pm.

The final send of will take place on Tuesday 14th July 2020. The cortege will leave Lee Funeral home at 7am for the final resting place at the family rural home in Muruka Kandara, Muranga County. Due to the prevailing situation of coronavirus it will be a private family funeral.

Sister-in-law of Kilerian, Rev. Methuselah, Moris, Phillemon, Silvester, Yegon (Education), Rispher (Parklands Police), Jane (Shauri Mayo Police), Fridah, Damaris, Cynthia (UoN), Mercy (Education), Rael (Education), Felistus and Elizabeth among others. The cortege leaves Longisa Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday 14th July 2020 for burial at Chelelachbeek Village, Enelerai Location, Narok West on the same day.

Loving father of Bernice Wairimu Kariuki (UK), Sospeter and Aneta Mwaura (UK), Juliet Nyangabi and Wilson Rienye (CBK), Anderson and Sandra Gachahi (MSA). Grandfather of Michelle Kariuki, Andrea Rienye, Malika Mwaura, Danny Mwaura, Andrew Rienye, Jane Gachahi, Daniel Gachahi and Arena Rienye. Brother of Esther Ndegwa, Mary Macharla, the late John Gitundu, the late Cecilia Waitherero, Salome Murugi, Nancy Wanjiku, the late Joseph Gathungu, Elizabeth Waititu, Teresia Muraya, Magdalene Muchiri and Veronica Wangari. Brother-In-law of the late Bernard Kibuthu, Richard Wairegi, the late Joseph Kuria, Salome Wanjiru, Paul Gathara (Jesus Winners) Gladys Wanliku, Andrew Muchunu, Eng. Family and friends are meeting daily from 5:00pm at his home in Umoja I for burial arrangements.

The requiem Mass will be held at the Assumption of Mary Catholic Church Umoja I on Monday 13th 2020 at 2:00pm.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home on Tuesday 14th July 2020 for burial at his farm in Muruaki Scheme, North Klnangop, Nyandarua County.

Chege was husband to Beatrice Mwihaki Chege, loving father to Ashley Wanja Chege and Bianca Wangari Chege. Son of Peter Mwangi Chege (of Mwangi Chege & Company Advocates) and Beatrice Anne Wanja Mwangi. Brother to Caroline Waithera Otieno, George Muchiri Mwangi, Juliet Wanjiru Kiranga and Michelle Wangechi Mwangi. Brother in law to Samora Machel Otieno, Dorothy Gatwiri Muchiri and Paul Kiranga Kinyua. Grandson of Reverend Francis Muchiri, Mrs. Grace Wanjiru Muchiri, Teresia Waithera Chege and the late Willie Chege. He was also an uncle, cousin and nephew to many.

The cortege leaves the Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Thika Road Branch on Tuesday, 14th July, 2020 at 7a.m. The funeral service will take place at the family home at Gitaro Village, Mugoiri location, Muranga County, from 11a.m. The service will be conducted in accordance with the Government’s Burial Regulations and the Ministry of Health directives.

Chege, you were a source of joy, strength and encouragement to us all. You will be sorely missed by your family and friends. May the Almighty keep you, until we meet again.

Daughter-in-law of the late Gabriel Mithamo Ndunyu and Mrs Tabitha Waruguru Ndunyu. Sister of the late Daryl Love, the late Jimmy Love, the late Rodney Love & the late Giavanna Cleveland. Sister-in-law of Andrew Thuku Ndunyu, Irene Thuku, Lydia Kabuchi Ndunyu and Cheryl Love.

Uncle to Addyson, Arabella, Emma, Andrew and Ella. Grandson to Asperi Wanjuki Moses, the late Moses Njamiu, the late Simeon Munya and the late Maritha Wambiro. Nephew, cousin and friend to many.

At the time of his untimely demise, Andrew worked for Ecobank Kenya Limited. He was the life of the party who lived life to the fullest and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He was known by many and had an uncanny ability to reach and interact with people in a deep and positive way.

Burial will take place on Saturday, 11th July 2020 at Kianjokoma, Embu.

Andrew was the son of the late Jakom Sylvester Oludhe and the late Mama Ephlina (Ina) Gumba Oludhe. Loving husband to Monica Florence Agola. Father to Augustine Agola, Paul Agola, Marion Agola, late Steve Agola, Christine Atieno and Margaret Akinyi. Grandfather to Emma Jean-Gilles and Joshua Jean-Gilles, Andrew Jayden, Kelsie Njiri and Leonel Orwa. He was the son in law to the late Mr. John Oloo, Christina Omuya and Mary Awana. Brother to the late Peter Otom, late Teresa Njiri Okang, late Phelomena Akello, Mary Okang, Anastasia Adhola, late Bartholomew Agola, late Benedette Ngore, Karilus Ochola, Regina Juma.

Father–in-law to Regis Jean-Gilles and Millicent Awuor Otieno. It is with a heavy heart but we accept God’s will that Mr. Simon Gitonga Nguitui (Wanyambura) has rested to eternal peace. Born in 1948 at Githiru Sub location, Mukaru Location, Nyeri County.

The first born to the late Nguitui wa Kiviki and the Late Jane Nyambura Nguitui. Brother to Wanjiru Nguitui, the late Wang’oridu Nguitui, the late Muthoni Nguitui, late Warnuyu Nguitui, Late Kariuki Nguitui and Daniel Murage. Mr. Gitonga Nguitui has now joined in eternal glory, Maria Garret Marigu, the love of his life; but were separated by death in 1996. Father to Janerose and Paul, Lilian and Musau, Martin Maina, Paul Mbogo, Terry and Njerenga, Josphine Wawira, Rachial Wambui, Florence Maitha and Dorothy Wamuyu, Grandfather to Ivy, Mwende, Roy Murithi, Ernest, Evans, Ian, Oscar,Tifan, Peter, Roy Njerenga, Roy Gitonga, Victor, Sheila, Gabriel, Mary and Gitonga. He was blessed with one great grandchild, Rahil David Njeru.

Mr. Gitonga Nguitui will be buried at his home in Nthagaiya, Embu County tomorrow, 10th July 2020.

The cortege will leave PCEA Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday, 14th July 2020 at 8.00 am for a service and burial in Kamandura, Limuru Sub-County, Kiambu County at 10.00 am.
