We regret to announce the passing of Maria Gorretti Nyambura Waithaka, beloved wife of Eng. Solomon Muhuthu Waithaka.

Daughter of the late Joyce Wambui Kimani. Mother of Njeri and Torooti Mwirigi, Wambui Waiganjo and Peter Muhuthu Waithaka. Grandmother of Hailu Waithaka, Mwenda Mwirigi and Waithaka Mwirigi. Sister of Robert Kimani, Paul Githinji Kimani and Consolata Wanjiru Muchukah.

Daily meetings will be held at St Pauls’ University Chapel (St Thomas and St Veronica halls), off State House Road, Nairobi, from Tuesday 13/08/2019 to Thursday 15/08/2019 starting at 4.30pm.

The memorial mass will be offered at St. Paul’s University Chapel on Friday 16th August 2019 at 8:30am.Thereafter she will be laid to rest at the family farm in Mai Mahiu, along the Mai Mahiu escarpment road, opposite the historical Italian Catholic Church.

Grandmother of the late Bob, Zephania Ouma (NEMA), Olivia. The cortege leaves MED 25 International Kenya, in Mbita on Thursday 15th August, 2019 at 2.00pm.

Burial will be on Friday 16th August 2019 at her home in Wakwala, Kaswanga, Rusinga Island.
