Kamau, James Kamau Kariuki, Jane Wambui Kariuki, Stanley Githinji Kariuki, George Kabathi Kariuki and Patricia Wanjiru Kariuki. Brother of Jane Wambui, Margaret Wangechi, J.B Kariuki (Kabathi), Benson Mugo, Nahashon Chege, the late Eva Njeri, Robert Kimemia, Benson Mwangi and the late Wanjiru Kariuki. Father-in-law of Noah Karago and Charles Muita. Grandfather of many.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Tuesday 16th May 2017 at 7am for Kiagotho in Mugoiri Location-Murang’a County.

The funeral service and burial will take, place at his home in Kiagotho in Mugoiri Location-Murang’a County starting from 10am on Tuesday 16th May 2017.

Owen Collins Ng’ethe Warunge

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death of our beloved Owen Collins Ng’ethe Warunge. He was cremated on 10th May 2017.

Son to the late Simon Warunge and the late Eva Nyambura Warunge of Karura Village, Kiambu County. Step son to the late Wanjeri Warunge and Loise Njeri Warunge. Son- in-law to Edwin Mbugua Gikonyo and the late Zipporah Njeri Mbugua.

He is survived by his wife Anne Ng’ethe, daughter Tara Ng’ethe-Gichane, Son-in-law George Gichane Guthaiya, sons Adam Ng’ethe and Peter Mbugua Ng’ethe. He was a doting Grandfather to Mickey and Milan Gichane.

He was a sibling to the late Kamau, the late Eunice Nyingi, Eliud Kihara, the late Beth Kahiri, Rachel Kamau, David Kamau, Anne Komba, Grace Wanjiku, Lucy Nyariara, Susan Munyinyi, Allan Kamau, the late Winnie Muthoni, Rachel Kingara, Kenneth Mungai, Owen Ngethe, Nicholas Njoroge & Carol Wangari. He was also a fond brother-in-law, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to many.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday 20th May 2017 at Lavington Primary School in Nairobi at 2.00pm.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mama Florence Tirindi Mbogori which occured on 13/05/2017 in Nairobi.

Loving wife of the late Eliphelet Mbogori and a daughter of the late Solomon and Selina Magambo of Kionyo, Meru. Sister of Bridget Mugira, the late Nahashon Murungi, Bilha Ngaku, Joan Kaburo, Jedidah Karoki, Dinah Nkoroi, Edward Miriti, the late Mercy Gataru and the late Isabella Naitore Magambo. Loving mother of Ndumba, Dr. Kimathi, the late Mwiti, Nangithia, Kirinya, Nkatha, Rugendo, the late Mwenda, Kinyua, Kagwiria Mbogori and Mercy Mbogori. Mother-in-law of Catherine Kimathi, Margaret Nangithia, Juliet Wanja, Pauline Rugendo, Lucy Mwenda, Judith Kinyua and Ndereba. She is survived by 20 grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Mortuary on Friday 19th May 2017 at 5:30am to Kithoka, Meru. The funeral service will be held at M.C.K Mwanika Church from 10:00am. Interment will follow at her Ruanguene home immediately thereafter.

Family and friends will meet at the All Saints Cathedral from Tuesday 16th Thursday 18th May 2017 from 5:30 pm and daily at her Ruanguene home in Meru.

It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Commissionaire I, Dominic Makori which occurred on 3rd May 2017.

Born in 1971 to the late Daniel Ontiri-Nyakondo and the Late Marita Kwamboka at Nyanderema Village, Nyaguta Sub-Location, Kiogoro Location, Kisii County.

Son-in-law of Ayiema and late Nyanchoka. Husband of Truphena Barongo. They were blessed with three children Violet (Nyaguta Sec), Ontiri and Timothy. He was a brother of Meshack Omar (NYS Naivasha), Agnes Kemunto, James Mangaro. Step brother of Christopher Aruya (Nakuru DC office), Late Sanduku, Kemunto, Nyakerarerio, late Norah, Tabitha, Susan, Gesare and Annah.

The cortege leaves Christamarrine hospital mortuary Kisii on 16th May 2017 and the burial will be held on 17th May 2017 at his home, Nyanderema Village, Nyaguta Sub location, Kiogoro ward, Kisii County.

Father in law of Rose, Mod, John Wacira, Anne Kabera, Philip Kariuki, Alice Njambu and Ephrahim Theuri. Brother of Nyaruai Kimani and all late: Nyagitare, Kabera, Wathi, Wangui, Cera and Mutahi. Grandfather of many.

Venue for today’s and tomorrow’s meeting will be at St Andrew’s PCEA Church Hall in Nairobi.

The cortege leaves Tumu Tumu Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday 17th Mary 2017 at 8am for funeral service at Kianjogu PCEA Church at 9am and thereafter burial at his Kianjogu Farm.

Loving husband of Dorothy Mumo, father of Nancy Mumo (Ketraco), grandfather of Irene Ndinda, Saleem Mwendwa, Victor Mutiso (I&M) and Kilonzo Musau. Son of the late-Sevisaac Mumo Ngei and Late Tabitha Mumbua. Brother of the Late Daniel.M.Musau, Phillip Mumo, amongst many others. Uncle of Dr Charies Nzivo (KNLS), Kilonzo Phillip (Action Aid), Uthasyo, Johnson.M.Musau, Tony. K. Musau and Mumo Musau, Annalisa Mbula (Barclays) amongst many others.

Family and friends are meeting at Nyayo Stadium Cafeteria and Machakos T Tot Hotel and at home in Kinyambu from 6pm starting Monday 15-05-2017 to plan for the funeral.

There will be a fund raising to off set his medical bill on Thursday 18th May 2017.
