It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved mum Mrs Alice Nanjala Lusaka. Wife of Mwalimu Ben Lusaka.

Daughter of Mama Robai Simiyu and the late Aggrey Simiyu of Ndalu Scheme. Mother of Aggrey, Sammy (Ndalu Ward MCA Aspirant), Jimmy (Nzoia Sugar), John (Moi Girls Nangili), Doureen (CEO – Bendonat Investment Ltd), Hellen (Bungoma), Irine (Mapera School, Moi’s Bridge) and Rose (St Ann Nzoia Girls). Sister of Richard, Dorothy (Nakuru), Solomon (USA), Caleb (Rift Valley Railways, Mombasa) late Violet, late Patrick and Mirium. Cousin of Hon Chris Wamalwa (MP Kiminini) and Hon Grey Namaswa MCA Ndalu Ward. Grandmother of Natasha, Warren, Durman, Chirchir, Vietnam, Mitchelle, Osbert, Praise, Laita, Blessing, Annointed, Precious, Gracious, Solomon, Caren, Esther, Jonathan, Andrew and Samuel. Mother in law of Benson Khwatenge (Company Secretary Nzoia Sugar Company), Geoffrey Wamalwa (Syekumulo High School), Micah Khaemba (St John Mutoni High School), lawyer Wafula Nyongesa (Mukuyuni Ward MCA Aspirant), Esther, Sylvia, Faith and Adelaide.

The body left Lumboka Memorial Mortuary on Thursday 16^th February 2017 for her home at Chebini Village, Miendo Sub-location, Bungoma County. Funeral and burial will take place on Saturday 18^th February 2017.
