We, the family of the late Wairimu Mukunga thank the Almighty God for the life of a wonderful and loving lady whom we had the privilege to call Mum, Sister, Auntie, alai, niece and friend.

We shall forever be grateful to God who generously extended this privilege to us for the many years.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to all our friends & family who walked and supported us during the trying times of her sickness, burial arrangements and funeral.

We especially thank the Burial Committee, church members of PCEA Gateway, led by Rev. Josphine Watetu, PCEA Kahawa Farmers, & Yeshua Emmanuel Ministries who prayed and stayed with us throughout the prayers before and during Wairimu’s burial.

We are also grateful for the several messages of support that we received. We were greatly strengthened by this overwhelming love, support and presence. Finally, we extend special thanks to the home-care nurses, Dr. John Komu Weru of Aga Khan Hospital and his team who attended to Mama Kariuki with lots of love.

Our humble request is that you all accept our sincere appreciation as we cannot mention everyone.

We would like to sincerely thank our extended family members & friends in Kenya, USA, Canada & UK, for your prayers, presence and financial support which you extended to us. We, the family of the late Mzee Ngugi Gitonga, thank the almighty God for the life of a wonderful phenomenal patriarch and for the privilege of sharing great and wonderful memories with this great Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great grandfather, Uncle, Church Elder, Kikuyu Elder and a great friend to many. Indeed Mzee’s life and love left indelible mark on many hearts.

As a family, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to all those who supported us during this difficult time of Mzee’s illness until his ultimate demise. Special thanks goes to Dr. Charles Kariuki of Ubora Heart Nairobi Hospital and his team of doctors, the homecare nurses and all the doctors and nurses, who tirelessly and with lots of love attend to Mzee at any given time during his illness.

Special thanks to AIPCA Church Eldoret Diocese, AIPCA Riruta Satelite Parish, ACF Church Kawangware and other churches for standing with us. We appreciate all Bishops and Pastors who visited us both at home and hospital praying with and for Mzee all through.

We thank the funeral committees in Nairobi and Eldoret, the County Government of Uasin Gishu and the Eldoret business community for your overwhelming support and for the good co-ordination in the planning and bur arrangement, which culminated in a befitting send-off of our beloved Mzee.

Our profound gratitude also goes to the various groups, family, relatives and friends for the financial support, prayers, calls, visits, messages and great generosity accorded to us during the difficult time until we laid Mzee rest. Thank you for your continued support as we walk in this new journey. We cannot thank all of you individually, our humble request is that you accept this as our sincere appreciation.

We the family of the Late Major (RTD) Bedan Gatere Ndegwa formerly of the Kenya Air Force, thank God for the life of our Mzee and the many wonderful years and memories we have to cherish forever. Words are not enough to express our deep appreciation for the prayers, messages of condolences, personal visits as well as acts of generosity received following his demise on Wednesday, 16th September 2020.

We are also truly grateful to the relatives and friends who rushed to Metropolitan Hospital to donate blood. We, the family of Carol Nyaga, express our thanks and praise to Almighty God for His love, strength, comfort and care, and for the gift of Carol’s life.

We extend our deepest gratitude to family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances and well-wishers across the world who alleviated our suffering through an outpouring of prayers, kind words of consolation, personal visits, material and financial support following Carol’s hospitalization and passing.
