Loving husband of Pamela Simba. Son of the late Josiah and Nereah Simba. Son-in-law of Joash and Merceline Oduor. Father of Kevin, Mitchelle and man. Grandfather of Imani. Brother of late Anthony and Isaiah, and Francis. Cousin of Odega, Shadrack, Bilal, Caren and Mary. Uncle of Humphrey, Hesbon, Jenney and Vivian. Brother-in-law of Jacob, Elly, Simon, Killion, Blastus, Pamela, Condi, Hellen, Phella and Loyce Achieng.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his residence in Buruburu phase I House Number 255.

The requiem mass will take place on 30/07/2020 at 3pm at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Buruburu phase I.

The cortege leaves KNH mortuary on the morning of 31/07/2020. The burial will be held at Katito Nyakach on 01/08/2020.

Mother to Anne Njoki Mungai, Margaret Wanjiru Karia, Daniel Ng’ang’a, Susan Wacuka Kariuki, Wilfred Wanjui, David Gachunga, the late James Mbatia, George Njoroge, Peter Ngigi (UK) and Mary Nyathira. Sister to the late James Mbatia Wanjui, Monica Muthoni, Mary Wanja Ndung’u, J.B Wanjui, and the late Christine Njoki Kinyanjui. A grandmother and great grandmother to many.

The cortege leaves General Kago Mortuary Thika tomorrow, Tuesday 28th July 2020 at 9:30AM for burial at Kangaita Village, Gatundu North.

She was the lovely wife to Joshua Mukinyo Thairu. Daughter of the late Charles Munyi Irungu and the late Joyce Muthoni Munyi. She was the mother to James Munyi Mukinyo, Deborah Wangeci Mwangi, Joyce Muthoni Boro, Agnes Wamuyu Wachira, Peter Thairu Mukinyo and the late Grace Wairimu Mukinyo.

She was a dear Mother-in-Love to Mary Munyi, Rachel Thairu, Mwangi, Boro and Wachira. She was sister to the late Tabitha Wamuyu Macharia, the late Grace Wairimu Kimiti, Margret Wanjiku Kinyua, Shilphar Wanja Mungai. She was an aunt and grandmother to many grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Thika Road on Thursday 30th July 2020 to her final resting place at her farm in Mukurweini Location, Icamara Sub Location.

Father-in law of Joseph Mureithi and Milka Njeri. Grandfather of Kyler, Tyler, Lyeone, Nandia, Chloe and Theodore. Brother of late Hannah Waithera, Peter Ndungu, the late Titus Kamiti, Kezia Wambui Ngacha, Obadiah Kimani, Naomi Wairimu Kamondia, Jane Nduta Kiarie, late Minneh Wambui, Samuel Gitimu and Mary Mwihaki Gitau.
