She was daughter to late Ngau Kyunuve and late Mathei Kyunuve. Wife of Paul Waita Makuu. She was Sister to late Kieti Kyunuve, Mumbua Kyunuve, Late Maingi Kyunuve, Ndunge Mueke, Wavinya Kyunuve, King’oo Kyunuve, late Mukonyo Kivuva, Malombe Kyunuve and Late Mulu Kyunuve. Mother of the Late Benson Mwangangi, Benjamin Ngumbi, Jennifer Wanza, Joyce Ngei, Eunice Mutile, Jackson Mwanzia and Abednego Kyalo. Mother in law to Laban King’oku, Sylvester Ngei and Albanus Mbuvi, Esther Mwangangi, the Late Linah Mwangangi, Joyce Ngumbi, Pauline Mwanzia and Ednah Kyalo. She is survived with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Sabaki Estate Athi river, T-Tot restaurant Machakos Town, Garden Square Nairobi and at her home in Kyaani Village, Makueni County.

Main Fund raising will be held on Thursday 19th December 2019 at Sabaki Estate.

The cortege leaves Montenzuma Monalisa Funeral Home Machakos on 21st December, 2019 and burial will take place at her farm in Kyaani Village, Ndauni Location – Makueni County.

Great-grandmother of Mugure, John Munyoro among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her Mahiga Village home and at Emmacra Hotel Nairobi, starting from 5.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Consolata Hospital Mathari Nyeri, Mortuary on Friday 20/12/2019 at 8.00 am for funeral service and burial thereafter to be held at her Home Mahiga Village, Honi Sub-location, Labura Location, Kieni West, Nyeri County.

Meetings to prepare for Lilian’s send-off are being held at Agrho House (Moi Avenue) 2nd floor room 3, everyday starting at 6.00pm.

A mini fund-raiser is scheduled for Wednesday 18th December 2019, at the same venue.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University funeral home on 20th December 2019 at 7.00am for final prayers and thereafter laying to rest at Kakumini Village, Sofia/Matuu Yatta Sub-County, Machakos County.

Grandson of Peter Gichango and Jane Nduta (Ndundu Gatundu) and Maina Ngichu and Josephine Wanjiku (Ituramiro Gatundu). Son-in-law of Joseph Kiburi and Agnes Wangari (Kirinyaga). Brother-in-law of Morrison Kagunga Kiburi, Eric Gachoki Kiburi and Dennis Gitari Kiburi. Nephew and cousin of many. He hails from Gatundu South, Kiganjo Location Ndundu village.

Friends and relatives are meeting at his residents Kimunyu Riverside Estate, Black Rhino Hotel, Kimbo Ruiru and at his parents home Ndundu.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 20/12/2019 at 7.00am. Funeral and burial mass will be held at his parent’s home Gatundu South, Kiganjo Location Ndundu village from 12:00am.

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Dr Henry Chege Kibengo. The Late Chege passed away on the night of 15th December, 2019 after a short illness bravely fought.

His parents were the Late Thomas Kibengo Jumwa, and Jane Wangari Kibengo. He was brother to the late Peter Mwangi, Paul Jumwa, Ruth Nyokabi, Esther Mbuche Odera, Ann Wairimu Nyamai, Damaris Karaamu, Ebed Mwandembe, Sarah Kioko, Wache Kithusi, Anthony Maina and Amos Mngodo Kibengo. The Late Chege was married to Miriam Jerotich Chege with whom they were blessed with five children, three boys and two girls namely Dr. Stephen Kibengo, Christopher Kiptes, Jane Wangari, Frank Mwangi and Maureen Nyokabi. He was father in law to Rachel Thubuku and Irene Ngina, and was a doting grandfather to Jarell Chege, Byron Chege and Mikaela Gathoni.

Family and Friends are meeting daily from 6pm at his Ruai home for burial preparations.

The Late Chege’s funeral mass will be held on the 20th of December, 2019 at the St. Peters Catholic Parish in Ruai, from 11.00 Am.

His burial will follow thereafter at his home in Ruai, near the Muhuri Muchiri stadium.

The final Funeral Mass and burial shall take place at her home on Saturday 21st December, 2019 in Mabusi village, Tongaren, Bungoma County.
