Daughter of the late Gordon Ogolo Ogude and Mama Stella Ogolo. Loving wife to Paul Mbutu of Dream Wild Africa Safaris and Photography. Ltd, and mother to Oliver Jeremiah Okwiri.

Sister to Janet Ayieko of ICEA Lion, Dr. Florence Otieno in South Africa, the late Moffat Otieno Ogolo, the late Rhoda Adoyo Ogolo, Amos Okwiri Ogolo, the late Joab Ochieng Ogolo, Gideon Ogude Ogolo, Erastus Omil Ogolo and Dorothy Oke Ogolo.

Daughter in law to Jecinta Wanjiku Mbutu. Sister-in-law to Francis Nyingi, Margaret Ng’ethe, the late Mary Wamucii, Evah Warutere, Jane Wambui, Philip Ashiembi Oulo and Prof. Fred Otieno.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 5.30pm for prayers at their family home.

The Cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Saturday 14th September 2019 at 7.30 am for the Requiem Mass at St Austin’s Catholic Church in Muthangari that will commence at 9:00 am.

Grandmother of Purity Wanjiku, Wangari Muriithi, Phoebe Wanjiku, Faith Wangithi and Enrico Matheka, Erick Wachira and Ann, Mercy Wanjiku and Simon Matindi, Wanjiru, Francis Mwaniki, Njeri, Mary Wambui, Bilha Wanjiku, Nancy Njeri, Francis Mwaniki, Bilha Wanjiku Muriithi, Francis Mwaniki, Ernest Waweru, Mary Heather Wangare and many other great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in Mukangu, Norwich Union Building 7th floor Room 5A on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursday in Nairobi from 6.00pm to 7.30pm.

The cortege leaves Tumutumu Mission Hospital, on Saturday 14/09/2019 at 9.00am. Burial service will be held at her home Mukangu starting at 11.00am.

Son-in-law of the late Narman Murage Ndegwa and the late Leah Wandia Murage. Brother-in-law of Susan Njoki, the late Teresiah Wangui, Cornellius Ndegwa, the late Isabella Wangeci, George Mwangi and Samuel Kahure. Teresa Nyawira was an icon to the family, Church leader for over 40yrs, served the community whole heartedly and was a great philanthropist. She was a committed founder member of Laburra Catholic Church, a catechist, former treasurer and CWA member Mweiga Parish. She was an excellent mother who taught her children to be God fearing and servant leaders.

Daughter of the late Kaguamba and Wothaya of Tetu, Nyeri. Beloved wife of the late Mr. Christopher Wachiuri. Loving mother of Charles Muraguri (Director, Optiven Group), Phyllis Wangari (Korompoi Primary School), Simon Wachiuri (Senior Chief CO. Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital), Stephen Maina, George Wachiuri (CEO, Optiven Group), J.B Wachiuri (Businessman, Nairobi), Francis Wanjohi (Optiven). She was daughter of Johanah Kang’ara and Mary Wanjiru Kang’ara. Sister of James Maina, Susan Wangui, Joseph Waigwa Leah Kerigo, Jemimah Wandia, Zephania Kariuki, Salome Nyambura and Beatrice Wakarindi. Loving wife of Samuel Mwangi and an adorable mother of Alex Mbau and Sylvia Muthoni.

The cortege leaves Loitokitok Hospital Mortuary on 12th September 2019 for funeral service at Mbatian Academy and thereafter burial at her residence at Loitokitok next to National Oil.

Although no words can fully help to ease the hurt we bear, we know that you are very close and watching over us from above.
