The cortege leaves Sega Mission mortuary on Friday 09/2017 at 9:00am for requiem mass at St.Anne’s Sega Catholic Church. Later in the day, body viewing will be done in Ugenya High School and then departs for home for a night vigil in Sega village. Burial will take place on Saturday 02/09/2017. Husband of the late Winnie Wakanyi. Brother of Waithera, Kiama, the late Daudi, Wanjiku, Simon, Wairimu and Wangeci. Father of Jane, Sarah, Grace, Irene, Maureen, Wilson and Njeri. Father-in-law of E. Kanyiri, Prof P Kanyari (UoN), K. Mungai, Teresia M. and J. Njogu (SA). Grandfather of Eric, Sophie, Gerald, Jeff, Linda, Winnie, Amelia, Justin, Cassidy, Victor, Ryan, Cindy and Joshua. Great grandfather of Phillip.

Funeral arrangements are being made at All Saints Cathedral from 5pm daily and at his Gitundu home. A funeral service will be held at PCEA Othaya Town Church on Friday 1st September 2017 followed by burial on the same day at his home in Gitundu, Othaya.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral home on Friday, 1st Sep 2017 at 8.00 am for a funeral service and burial at her home in Nyamathi, Naivasha subcounty.

Burial will take place on Saturday 2nd of September 2017 at his home in Kolani Village, Bungoma county.
