Mary Njeri Wakianda

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mrs Mary Njeri Wakianda (formerly of Kenyatta National Hospital) on 12th March 2017 in Nairobi West Hospital. Daughter of the late Thomas Kahura and Lucy Wangari. Wife of Mr. Martin Wakianda (Double X Motors). Daughter in law of the late Daniel Gachigua and the late Hannah Muthoni. Mother of Susan Wakianda (Immac Insurance Agency), Leonard Wakianda and Tom Wakianda (Dhahiri Africa). Grandmother of Zaki, Judah, Precious, Shomba, Irina and Tuala. Mother-in law of Grace Kiarie and Caroline Lukale. Sister of Francis Njoroge, Joseph Njoroge, Esther Maina, Bishop Wahome, Peter Gakonde among others.

Friends and family are meeting daily at Resort in Ruai and Railways Club (Swimming Pool) Nairobi.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary at 8.00am on 17^th March 2017. The funeral service will be held at St. Cecilia Catholic Church Ruai and thereafter burial at her home n Ruai (Gituamba).
