Wife of the late Mr Lachmandas Kimatrai, mother of Nimu Gidoomal. Mother- in-law of Chandu Gidoomal, grandmother of Shalini, Sheena and Sunil and great grandmother of Shanti and Salome.
Prayers will be held on Tuesday 23 May at I l am at the Gidonmai residence, Muthaiga.The cortege will leave at 12 pm for nnal rites at Hindu Shamshan Bhumi; Kariokor at 1230pm.

The cortege leaves Jumuia Hospital (Kaimosi) Morgue on 25/05/17 to her Gavudunyi Village home in Vihiga County. Burial will be held on 27/05/17 starting at 9.00am at her home.

Sunrise 1945 Sunset 2014    It is our humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Beatrice Syokau Gathumba, which occured on 4th July 2014 at 12.30am at Kenyatta National Hospital (K.N.H) where the Burial Permit was issued to Silvester Peter Ndeti who presented false information that he is the ‘son’ of Beatrice Syokau Gathumba knowingly that his mother is Elizabeth Mukulu Nzuki. Beatrice Syokau Gathumba is the 2nd wife of John Gathumba Kathumba Makuthi, step mother of the late Harrison Kyule, the late Ndambuki Gathumba, the late Nzomo, the late Wathome, the late Mwikali, the late Mukonyo, the late Nthambi, Litha Katumbi, Amina Mbula and Veka Muthike. Beloved cousins and friends to many. Friends and relatives of the nuclear family are meeting daily at the City Square under the chairmanship of Mutua Ndunda from 12.00pm – 7.00pm. The late will be laid to rest on the 24th June 2017 at her Rural Home Mathunya sub-location Mitaboni Machakos County.

Beloved grandson of the late Andrew Opiyo and Japuonj Judith Adiedo and the late Mwadime and Mama Lucy Mwadime of Bura, Taita. Brother of Wendy Akoth Okeyo of JKUAT, Alvin Omondi Okeyo of Maseno School and Olgah Atieno of Komarock New Light School. Nephew of the late Charles Onyango, Olgah Dinda, Willis Onyango, Nellie Ojunju, Anne Osindo, Agneta Onyango, Scoller Otieno, the late Judith Mwadime, Mary Mwadime, Kevin Mwadime and Debra Mwadime. A fundraising to offset funeral expense will be held today, Tuesday 23rd May 2017 at Maxwell SDA Church, Milimani Road, from 5pm.

Funeral Service shall be held on 24th May 2017 at Maxwell SDA Church, Valley Road.

Burial Ceremony will be conducted on Friday 26th May 017 at the family rural home in Kokuro Village, Kasdula Sub Location, Awendo, Migori County.

Ken proudly served his country and whose ideas and smile would lighten up the day and lift our hearts. Rest in peace

Dr. Moses Gitahi Otsyula

The death has occurred of Dr. Moses Gitahi Otsyula on 19th May, 2017 a former employee of (IPR) National Museums of Kenya. He suffered a severe stroke in 2006.

Husband of Pastor Ruth Wanja Otsyula a member of CITAM Karen. Father of Walter Otsyula former student at JKUAT and Kevin Otsyula former student at Daystar University. Son of the late Dr. & Mrs. Walter Osiche Otsyula. Brother of John Gitonga of Nakuru County, David, Tamara, Peter and Mark Otsyula of Australia.

Friends and relatives are meeting on Tuesday 23rd May, 2017 and Wednesday 24th May, 2017 at St Andrews Hall at 5.00 – 7.00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta National Hospital Mortuary on Friday 26th May, 2017 at 9am for funeral service and burial at their Mabroukie farm (next to Charoza farm) in Limuru along Nazareth Road on the same day.
