Son of the late Esther Wanjugu Nyika. Brother of the late David Gitonga.

Meetings are taking place at Norwich Union Towers from 5pm to plan and arrange to bring his body home.

Loving wife of Elder (Rtd) Patrick Chege Kinyanjui (formerly of ABM).

Mother of Esther Njeri (Ruai), Raphael Kinyanjui (ABM (EAL), Moses Mwaura (Kambaa) Joseph Ngure (Naivasha) and Wilson Karongo (Nakumatt Nanyuki)

Daughter of the late Mr and Mrs. Haron Mwaura Karongo of Ndeiya Limuru, Daughter in law of the late Jairus Kinyanjui and Esther Wambui. Sister of the late Wilson Karongo, Francis Kuria (Limuru), Serah Watiri (USA), Samuel Kombo, Mary Wamaitha and Peter Kariuki.

Sister-in-law of Jane Wambui Karongo, Serah Waceke Kuria, Loise Wambui Kombo, Jane Wangui Kariuki, Hannah Wanjiku Ng’ang’a, Alice Muringa Kang’oro, Joseph Ngure, Peter Murage, Monica Njeri Ngigi, Mary Wanjiru Miring’u and Samuel Kamau. Grand mother and aunt of many.

The cortege leaves KU Funeral Home on Tuesday 17th January, 2017 at 8am for a memorial service at PCEA Waing’ere Church at 11am, and thereafter she will be laid to rest at her home Waing’ere Village, Githunguri, Kiambu County.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Jane Wangare Munene of Buru Buru Phase I which occurred on January 7th 2017.

Wife of Mr Douglas Munene Munyi (formerly of UoN). Daughter of the late Evanson Kiiru and the late Elizabeth Wanjiru.

Mother of Munyi (USA), Evans of DHL, John (USA) Jemimah, Elizabeth(USA). Sister of Eng J Kiiru Waweru. Sister in law of the late John, Leah Manyara, Paul, Richard (St Joseph’s Kitale), the late Wambui. Grandmother of Russel, Jason, Imani, Sasha, Chelagat, Wairimu, Sanaa and Zahri.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her residence in Buru Buru Phase I and at All Saints Cathedral on Thursday 12th January 2017 and Friday 13th January 2017 from 5pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 7am on 17th January 2017 for service at PCEA Buru Buru Church at 9am and then proceed for buria at her Sifa Farm in Kitengela.

It is with deep sorrow and profound shock we announce the death of Joseph Wagana Karaya of Equity Bank Eldoret (Market Branch) through a tragic road accident along Ndenderu – Limuru Road (Kianjogu) on Tuesday 10th January 2017.

Beloved Husband of Grace Wanjiku. Beloved Daddy of Lewis Karaya and Melvis Murimi both of Viola Academy. Son of Wilson Karaya (Senior) and Rachel Wanjiru. Son-in-law of John Murimi and Nancy Nyaguthie. Brother of Purity Thige, Caroline Njeri, Judy Wambui, Catherine Waithera and Martha Wairimu. Uncle of Keith, Fidelis, Shelmith, Shiro & Pashi. Cousin of Many.

Son of late Bernard Chepkwony and Christina Kabon Chepkwony. Loving husband of Rose Kiprono and father of Anastasia Jepkurui Kigen (USA), Celestine Jepkech Kiprono (USA), the late Marcellus Kimutai Kiprono and Silvarious Kiprotich Kiprono (Kabarnet). Grandfather of Khloe Kigen (USA) and Kyle Kigen (USA). Brother of Selina Cheserem, the late Daniel Cheserem, the late Michael Cheserem, the late Alphonse Cheserem, Charles Cheserem, Cornelius Cheserem and Richard Cheserem. Brother-in-law of the late Chepsergon Arap Chesang’, Pauline Kobilo (Kabarak), the late Jennifer Chesang’, Anthony Ribogin, the late Joseph Chesang’, Hon. Grace Kiptui (Baringo County Woman Rep), James Chesang’ (Kabarak) and the late Josephine Chesang’. Its is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Maroma Ogachi of North Carolina (USA) who passed away on January 7th 2017.

Son of the late Chief Wilson Ogachi and the late Peris Moraa.

Husband of Hellen Kemunto and Prisca Kemunto. Father of Jesse Maroma (Kisii School) Fabio (Kenyatta University), Janet (USA), Mercy (Nation Media Group) Silvia (Stanbic) and Wilson.

Brother of late James, Mary (USA), Isaac, late Ogega, Henry, Jane, Fred (USA), the late Siriba, Omoke and Kemari.

Grandfather of Andre, Ethan, Stephanie, Tyriq, Celine among others. Son in law of the late Omari and late Onchiri. Brother in law of Juma, Thomas among others. Korera of Ogega, Siro and the late Prof Ayuya. Nephew of Abel and Olpha. Cousin of Senior Chief Ndege, Charles Nyaberi, Charles Ongwae (KEBS) among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily in Nairobi, Kisii town, USA, and his home.

Brother of the late Joseph Mwangi, Hilda Wahome, the late Jane Murage, the late Noel Gicheru, the late Lucy Gathoni Knight, Waigwa Murage and Anne Murage-Brehens. Brother-in-law of Agatha Waigwa, James Wahome, and Laurie Knight (UK), Uncle and grandfather of many.

Mother of Jacob Ndung’u, Jackson Ngaruiya, James Gathuru, Alice Mwihaki, Anne Wanjiku, Leah Nyambura, Charles Kibe and the late Joseph Kihumba. Mother-in-law of Beth Muthoni, Grace Nyambura, Anne Kanana, Masheti Masinjila, George Ndung’u and Mithamo wa Kariuki.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Kianduru village Ruiru Dam and in Nairobi at Lutheran Church Hall (Opposite St Andrew’s PCEA Church on Nyerere Rd) from 5.30pm.

There will be a funeral service on Sunday (15th January 2017) at her home in Kianduru starting at 3.30 – 5.00 p.m.

The cortege will leave Mukoe funeral home in Githunguri on Tuesday 17th January 2017 at 8.30a.m.The funeral service will be held at PCEA Elijah Wathika Memorial Church — Kahunira. Thereafter the burial ceremony will take place at her farm in Kianduru- Ruiru Dam, Githunguri.

Daughter of the late Norman Kamau and Agnes Wanjiku. Mother of Agnes Wanjiku, Fr. Paul Maichuhie (Chaplain Aquinas High, Huruma Girls.), Peter Chege (Conventional Cargo), Joseph Kamanu (Karigu-ini School), Kamau Maichuhie (Standard Media Group), Joseph Mukima and John Karanja.

Sister of Paul Ndung’u the late Agatha Wairimu (Kitale) and Lucy Gathoni. Grandmother of Pascaline, Valerie, Jessica, Stephanie, Raphael, Ryan, Abigeal, Teresia Wanjiru, Teresia Wangari, Jane, Carol, Faith, Patrick and Fredrick. The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home of Monday 16th January 2017 at 8.00am for requiem mass at St Teresa Catholic Church Ngenya at 12 noon followed by burial at home in Mbariki village.

Son of the late Jesse Ngarachu Chege and the late Salome Nyamuiru Ngarachu. Husband of Esther Njuguini Chege. Father of Salome Nyamuiru, Eng Jesse Ngarachu and Lydia Wambui. Brother of David Mbua, Joyce Mugure Mwangi, Esther Wanjiru Githu, Peter Wangaruro, Mary Wanjiku Njuguna, the late Gichuki and the late Zacharia Karanja. Grandfather of Jemimah Njeri, Gideon Munge, Steven Gitau, Abi Gitau, Esther Njuguini Ngarachu, Ethan Kimathi and Ethel Makena.

Family and friends are meeting at his home in Rurii, Ol Kalou, Nyandarua County.

The cortege leaves JM Kariuki Memorial Hospital, Ol Kalou on Tuesday 17th January 2017 at 9am for funeral service and Burial his Rurii home, Ol Kalou, Nyandarua County,
