Rtd Tr. Monica Akoth Okeyo Okatch Ngeso

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Retired Senior Teacher Monica Akoth Okatch Ngeso (Aquinas Boys High School), which occurred on 29th April 202.5 at Mama Lucy Hospital after a long illness.

Monica Akoth Okatch Ngeso was the beloved daughter of Mzee James Oremo Okatch and Mama Rosalida Agutu Oremo and step-daughter Alice Oremo Daughter in law of Henry Oker and Stella Achar.

Loving wife of Nimark Gordon Ngeso Okerand doting mother of Henry Omondi Ngeso, Stella Akinyi Ngeso. Stephen Achar Ngeso, Lourine Agutu Ngeso Joyce Achieng Ngeso and James Oremo Okatch Ngeso.

Sister of the late Florence Rums: Charles Oremo Okatch, David Oremo, the late Caren, the late Beatrice, Wycliffe Omondi Okatch, Eunice Awino Oremo, Kennedy Oremo (Hosea Pala), Nancy, Fvelyn, Leonard and Peter Oremo.

Sister-in-law of Rose Okatch, Hannah Oremo, Hazel Oremo„ Philgona Syprose, the late Anna Otieno, Benter Okeyo, Lilian Otieno, Pamela Oiro, Philip Oker, John Okeyo and the late Danga Oker, aunt of Mike, Geoffrey, Henry, Steve, Collins Sharon, Sofie, Bertha, Stella, Michael, Beryl, Linda, Ken, Jimmy, Rose, Malcom, Wendy, Natalie, Jazriel, Ray, Georgina, Brandy, Keita, Akoth, Ginnie Rose.

Grandmother of Imani, Israel, Levi, Zander, Eli, Azriel, Amara, Ordelia, Andy, Winslet and Winnie.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Obama Estate Kangundo Road daily for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Chirornc Funeral Home 29n May 2025 at  1.00pm for a funeral service at.St, Augustine Umoja 2, followed by a night vigil at her home, travel for burial on the 30th 2025 bolo Village. Burial at her home in Siaya County, Bondo Location, Uyoma Kokwiri sub-location.
