TERESA AKUMU APAKA

We regret to announce the death of Teresa Akumu Apaka which occurred on 9th May 2017. Wife to Mr. Geoffrey Apaka Auko of Koguta, Nyabondo. Mother to George Okeyo Apaka (South Africa), Dr. Apaka Rangita (Maseno University), Bernard Oigo (Intercontinental Nairobi), Gorrety, Mercy, Constancia (Nakuru Prison), Steve (Transcend Media) and the late Maurice Otieno Apaka, Dorothy and Jacinta. Mother-in-law to Margaret, Dawn , Date, Joyce and Lorna. Grandmother to Noel, Emmanuel, Kevin, Emery, Estel, Ryan, Amor, Ella, Taraji, Dan and Anna. Sister to Syprose Owoko and co-wife to Consolata. Meetings will be held in her Siaya home and prayers at St. Patallion Catholic Church, Siaya. Our dearly departed will leave Bama Hospital mortuary, Siaya on Friday, 19th May. She will be laid to rest on Saturday 20th May at her home in East Koguta Ndori, Nyakach District, Kisumu County.
